Can I have more information? I'm interested in it to play with a friend but I'm not quite sure what DayZEvo is exactly. What are the main functions or custom server additions? I've browsed the forums and haven't found anything. (PS: I really like the forum scheme, it's pretty.) Thanks. -

Unless you're sending the messages through something that isn't BattlEye, I wouldn't think so. -
I remember that feeling, so I completely understand! Haven't played in a while, and after watching DayZ videos It's a bit nostalgic now. Zed count is/was a good idea, but I was always too scared to start shooting them since people would think I was hostile/come to the sounds. Hopefully in SA I can waggle my e-peen of zombie kills easier.

What servers have you tried? Some servers are worse than others. Don't forget to forward your ports on your router to the ones that DayZ uses. -

Hey there, i'm interested to see what your registry has to say about your CD Key. In start search 'regedit'. This'll open up your registry. Then go HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Bohemia Interactive Studio > and click on Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA. If the blue line which says 'key' is something like 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 then your CD Key has probably been stolen. If it looks like a string of random numbers and letters (don't post a screenshot or what the numbers are here) then it might be a problem with your computer getting your registry or understanding it or something. Good luck, I hope you find out what's causing this. -

I doubt it was your friend, but, whatever. Play the game legit foo'. When you get a new CD Key you can override it with running a new copy of both Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA. If that doesn't work find another way. Any other way that isn't a CD Key changer.

No, this isn't normal (at least I don't think so, not too familiar with recent patch). Are you disconnecting properly so your character is saved? This may be a bug with the new patch.

Without saying what server, no-one can do anything for you. In the end, you could leave DayZ open and wait for your character to starve or die of thirst. -
The second set is the Arma 2 beta patch version. Update it here. Download the latest one in the green box.

If you have the DayZ expansions ticked, just disable them in the main menu under 'expansions' and then re-launch the game.

You might be able to get a refund or another version / cd key. Look at Steams policy about that. I hope you get it working.

Do something super awesome with that gear, go out with a bang before you start out again on a new server. Perhaps playing a bit of DayZ+ or DayZ 2017 and coming back to your gear will give you a new appreciation for it! -
