Have you been running for a while? Do you need pain killers? Press Z to prone and wait a little while for your character to catch his breath, then zoom in and aim. -

Verify your steam files just to be sure, then sit in the lobby (don't connect) of any server and wait a while, until you see the message "updated sucessfully". You're getting kicked because Battleye is trying to update while you're in the game and the new version can't start.

You can switch backpacks off of bodies by double clicking it at the bottom of their 'gear'. It's a good idea to open the backpack and put your items into the one on the floor before picking it up. -
If it's your own server delete yourself from the list. Or you could talk to the actual admin, the one who banned you. Does the server have a website of their own?

Give a go at creating the graphics and send it in to that topic, it's about favourite zombies but who knows! If that doesn't work, just go to any ol' cutsom printing place with the psd / png image file and they'll whack it on for you.
