The old bandit skin looked pretty cool, but its cons outweighed the pros. The bad textures may be because you're using the free version of ARMA II. Good luck with your solutions!

Yes, it's possible to use skins like these: i.imgur.com/1FOyS.jpg You can make your own, but it can't be too big of a file-size. Just place it in the directory of: C:\Users\USER\Documents\ArmA 2 Other Profiles Should be something similar for you.

It's not the graphics that are intensive of ARMA II, it's the CPU. ARMA requires a lot more out of the CPU than the GPU, so your graphics are fine, but you may have to turn them down. You will need all the frames you can in this game. Don't risk graphics over your life!

Anyone who AltF4's for any other reason than to avoid hacking should be killed. AltF4ers are just one of the things this game would be better without. Either way, if it was a hacker and you died, you got some good things, so lady luck was on your side, which is good!

That's a really nice story actually, quite a way to start in DayZ hahaha. I would drop the hacked things, that's just me.

I've only ever seen one sniper, and only ever shot by one once too. I guess you're just unlucky. I heard a sniper at the NW airfield, so I waited next to him for him to run out and get his kills loot, he runs up, I take a shot and he alt f4's. What a pussy. I have the guts to stay in-game whenever I'm in a firefight, no matter if I know i'm dead. PS: I don't like to kill people, but if I find you on a server, i'll hunt you down with a hatchet, just a change of pace for both of us.

The registry edit is really simple, that's the solution, give it a go. You'll only risk mucking up if you go haywire in the regs, just follow the instructions and it's all a matter of clicking on a file to switch accounts.

There is a super easy solution for this, just follow my instructions! If you have a 64bit computer the process might be a little different, this is for 32bit. On your steam account, launch both ARMA II and ARMA II OA, and get to the menu. Type into Run 'Regedit' In the folder list, you'll need to go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Bohemia Interactive Studio There are two folders called ARMA 2 and ARMA 2 OA Right click on ARMA 2 OA and choose export title it with your name. Export the registery files somewhere where you can access them, like a folder in my documents called 'keys' What this does is switches between your CD and her CD key, since ARMA 2 does by CD key for your player. So that CD Key will be yours. Get your girlfriend to log into hers, and she must launch both ARMA II and ARMA OA. Repeat the process, and export her registery files and name them her name so you know which account you'll be logging into.
