Hello! Graphics isn't the main thing this game uses most. The ARMA II engine likes to use a lot of CPU, so you should consider updating your RAM (in all a 64bit computer even) and other CPU more than the GPU. Though a decent to good graphics card will help.

Hello, to help you out with your problem, you may need to re-think some things. Some (not all) servers will have a low-pop count because of the issues like lag. You cannot tell why there aren't so many people, so keep a record of servers that do and don't work. Depending on the server location and time of day will also affect the player count. Also use DayZ Commander, it is a lot better, more options for filtering and a nicer input to it. Another problem is sometimes Battleye stops responding and haults you from continue your connection when loading in. This has happened to me quite a bit, and if my friend doesn't tell me it malfunctioned, I would stay stuck on the loading screen without a clue why. So some servers where you get stuck on loading is because Battleye crashed. You don't see an error message unfortunately.

It isn't the IP, but the CD key. I'm not sure how to do this off of steam, I hope there is still a way to do it. You'll need to save your current key (or his, if his were the last launched) from the registry, and then re-install using your account, then export the registry CD key file. I think this should cover it: I hope your problem gets fixed.
