I think my most exciting moment in DayZ was this time I has on top of the Powerplant Firestation in Elektro. I was sitting up at the top waiting for my friends to meet me, and also looking for some ways to have "fun". I had a lee enfield, so it wasn't that great an idea. But as I was looking around I see movement in the hills above the powerplant. I quick hit the deck and zoom in to see what it was. Well I found 2 people one in a gillie suit and one in normal clothes. They looked at each other and waited for like 20secs. Then they both fired and the gillie suit came out on top. Well at this point I was like oh shit mode. Then I saw a second gillie suit dude. Well they both were both scouting out the firestation looking for some people to shot. Well I was all the way up against the wall so they couldn't see me. Well I sat there for about 5-6 minutes and watched them constantly reposition themselves but never leaving. Then they gathered together and then left. After about a minute or so there is an explosion up where they were. I was at this point thinking to my self "wtf, how am i getting out of this?". Well I waited another mintue or so andthen decided it was safe. As I got up the building collapses, and I die. When the building collapsed I near shat my self, I was not expecting that. Also I had an Alice backpack, most of the tools, and lots of ammo and supplies. I was sad.

I know what all of you guys are most likely thinking from the title, and that is I am going to call this group assholes. But actually I commend them on killing. This is not because I am a good player, but because they tracked me all the way from Stary down to the wilderness North of Cherno( I Kind a got lost cause I could not look at my map ). I am sad that you guys didn't get two kills but my friend ran off and hit respawn. Usually I would have engaged in the fire fight with the group that was firing on me, but it sounded like they were ~300m away from me at first. I had the most gear I have ever had( I have been playing lightly for 3 weeks ), but I did not have a long range weapon( or at least I'm not good at long range with it ). My gear was a M4A4 CCOG, with 4 mags, NV goggles, Binoculars, Makrov with countless mags, and a box of matches( these are my weapons or things I "cared" about ). My friend had a AK-74u and I believe a revolver. We were in Stary and hit up the super mart, for some reason or another I was getting kind of pissed and just wanted to leave quick, and not sneak out around the zeds. So we booked it( I know I should not have done this, but I was not really in the sneaky mood ), and what do you know we had like 9-10 zeds on us. We made it to the field East of Stary and open fire upon the Zeds. At this point I heard a second set of gun fire. It sounded like it was off in the distance but still aimed at us. Both me and my friend were below 9k health, my friend was at 3k health. We saw a cow near the tree line and I said fuck it I'm killing it. I had not heard any more gun fire sense the zed encounter. So I kill the cow and gut the bastard, which as soon as I get the meat we are shot at. This time the sound is coming from Stary and sounds to be about 250-300m away. I don't think I can shot that far, and I know my friend cannot, so we hightail it out of there. We head south into the forest, and make it to the top of hill, which is moderately dense forest. I cut down a tree and cook some meat. My friend eats and is back up at ~9k health. We decide we don't want to take any chances so we put out the fire and quickly head south for Cherno. About 3 minutes later we hear gun fire again, coming from the North, and it sound just like the shots I heard near Stary with an added assault rifle. So at this point we are somewhere near Mogilevka. So we start sprinting and trying to avoid getting shot. We continue for some time with shots being fired every so often. At this point I was confused because I knew we should have come across Mogilevka by now, and the town we passed didn't match the roads around it. But after another few minutes I am finally hit and taken down. My friend got away and then sense he was lost( He has no clue how to follow the map, either in game or website map ), so he respawns a the guys chasing us got only one kill. I did not really like this. All I want to say is If it was the same guys the whole time, I salute you for your effort and hope you continue to have many a survivor cross your sights. Also this was on Server US 312 Phoenix ( I believe ), at around 7-9pm PST.
