I do know steam has an offline mode so two people can log in at the same time, as long as the online capabilities of the game don't directly run through steam then it may be able to work. Have you tried turning steam onto offline mode on one of your computers then leaving the second one online and trying to access Dayz on both of them at the same time TKJ?

So the DayZ account ID will be using my steam username? Or will I have to make a new account?

So I just heard about this mod today from my brother and was looking into playing it, I'll be getting it either way but one thing I was wondering about was whether or not two people could play the game off of the same steam account. I know its possible to do with other games like Dead Island and APB but wasn't sure how this worked. Thanks in advance!
