calm your tits, kid, you make it seem like you've forgotten to take your ritalin. its a known glitch that has been in the mod already. seems its been brought over with arma code. its no 1337 haxx0rz, just some exploitable legacy code that will be gone soon.

wait till we can set things on fire. especially zombies, animals and other players. those will be glorious nights.

create a bug report in the feedback tracker and attach a dxdiag and a screenshot of the issue, if you can reproduce it. -

i glitched through a railroad car in Guba, they have the same horrible Arma ladder mechanic. i wish they'd code new environment interaction instead of importing all the atrocious stuff from Arma. -
changing shooting habits of ruthless scavengers is not the purpose of item decay. it is a possible (and thats a highly debatable "possible") side effect. item decay enhances the overall gameplay by changing the "gearing up" mechanic from "aquire once" to "aquire and maintain in a functioning condition" - we suddenly have an item sink and a long-term goal, both of which benefit the game. i actually would like the degradation system to be enhanced. In FireFall for example - which has its issues of course - every shot degrades your gun a bit. items have a limited repair pool, and once it is depleted, items cannot be repaired again, but need to be replaced. i would love to see a similar concept in DayZ.

i must confess (no pun intended) that this is a pretty awesome screenshot. generally, you should be able to glitch out the same way you glitched in, it worked for me with the new buildings that have a stair next to the toilets, which also have buggy walls. but i know from experience that its a PITA to find that one sweet spot that will allow you to pass through again.. -

i think this will be fixed/balanced in the future. you obviously should not be able to stack backpacks babushka-style at least not if they are the same size -
you should work on your temper. software in early development stages is often unoptimized and may cause frequent performance issues. your account is as stated by many others a typical overheating issue, not unusual with laptops. Use the freeware tools GPU-Z and CoreTemp to monitor your GPU and CPU temperatures when playing the game. Be sure to turn on logging to file in both tools. When the computer shuts down again, check the logs for temperatures of both components, and report them here. The community will usually try to help with any possible issues, if you present your case in a proper manner.

it doesnt yet affect sound played, and whether impact on accuracy is already implemented is not confirmed, my guess "not yet" -
the current amount and diversity of weapons and ammo serve purely testing purposes. real balancing of loot rarity will not happen until well into beta stage.

current amount of loot is obscenely high. also, if you eat to "full" status, it then takes forever till you get hungry again. as stated, you begin the game already at the brink of starvation. -

learning by running is the best. -
most servers restart every few hours, with the current perversely large amount of loot no one is forced to server hop. you might not find everything in the first small village you stumble into on the coast - which is absolutely working as intended. no quick-buy loadout here.
