    Hay, I'm all for Surviving, and the sandbox game play. Take note, I said Initially spawn with friends. After all, playing with friends is key to any online game. I just do not think I want to spend 2 hours trying to find my friend who also just joined the game. Perhaps 2 hours is a personal failing, but that does not make it any less of an issue. Not all of us are ArmA players, or familiar with the map. After we join, its fine if we get lost, that is part of the game.

    Not sure what I am doing wrong, I have installed correctly, and the mod runs. But it seems the only way I can connect to a DayZ server is by direct. None of the official or even unofficial servers show on my browser list. Any ideas why? I run the steam version of the game, so its up to date.

    Yep, only some old .90 versions show up. I can post a screen shot later. Only method I have found is to use one of the ARMA II server lists on a webpage, and direct connect using the IP address. The in game one shows nothing, other than the two .90somethingorother missions.

    Just put a logout timer on. IE: Takes 30 seconds to fully log out. This was solved years ago! Im sure it will be added later, its alpha after all.
