I completely agree with you. When I found my first M136 I was happy, but also thought why the hell would this be here. From the start I thought an RPG would be the best thing to have instead of an American anti tank weapon. The strela also seems like a nice add. Nice post with a very valid idea.

I do when I'm solo, I take a pedal bike around the edge of the map on clan servers.

I joined an empty server to just go do basic looting without being sniped in electro. I was on sniper hill when I spawned. As soon as I get in I see the huge firestorm known as a crashed player helo. I then saw that the whole factory fire station area was destroyed along with about 50 some bodies piled in the middle. I ran over to see a scripter box there. After that I ran through electro and found another box in the school, one in the other fire station, and one last one in the church. After I decided I didn't want to be on that server I left. I had stolen an M24 from one of them along with an M1911. Once I joined a somewhat fuller day server (Once again I logged out on sniper hill) I moved a bit and looked all around. After about 20 seconds of being in that server someone appears in front of me with an M16 I think! I freak and press esc and gonna log out. He puts at least one or two rounds in me before I manage to disconnect. I decided to join ANOTHER server. Once in this one I bandaged myself and looked around better this time...well all of a sudden TWO PEOPLE appear in front of me and before I could even alt f4 I eat lead from two LMGs. Didn't know what kind, but I saw them. I think they were MK 48s. I'm callin it a night, Happy hunting bandits, and good luck heroes!

Ah so me taking legit gear from those boxes is a lot better then those who took Gold guns and AS50 Thermos. kk I see. You fail to see that I they literally were 5 meters infront of me, looking at me. If they just spawned in I would have killed them before they could even see the bright of day, but infact they shot me up without second to spare. So lets say I get teleported into the thunderdome. That's a PvP thing. Saying I should stay there so I can give people a fair chance to kill me. Next time I'll stay and fight then or better yet, next time I get teleported in a warehouse with everyone I will just stay and fight 'cause I wanna give them a chance to win this fight and get my stuff. Forums of the internet make me stupider as I stay on them. By the way, Been playing this since it came out, Played the ACE mod before DayZ. The game is getting boring so hard life my ass, since I spent so many months dying and regearing up the legit way. Everyone has used an exploit :/ I'm not the only one, go bitch at someone else since everyone does it, even on accident. I'll be on in the morning by the way ;)

Don't you understand by the way, that an image is worth a thousand words. From the little cute gif you posted I can make out many things. 1: "Is this guy serious?" 2: "What the fuck just happened?" 3: "I love hockey and just saw my team losed so I'm acting like it was all bullshit" 4: "I just witnessed a bad play" Really should let me know exactly what your cute gif tells me. ;)

Ah so letting script kiddies kill me is okay. Alt f4'ing is only okay when something like being teleported or even dropped from the sky. By the way, I don't alt f4. I press esc and abort. You can easily kill me and my body won't go poof. Unless your a shitty shot. Another fact is that I never alt f4'd during what happened. In fact I only implied It happened so fast I couldn't press a key on my keyboard.

I lost my hero skin in a firefight at Electro firestation. I had an As50 with nato rounds and we had a group of bandits coming from the dam (Only 1 of them had a bandit skin). Once they were in my sight I waited for the first bullet to fire. Our guy goes out to talk to them and before he can say a word they shoot towards him. I popped each one of them one by one with that as50. I went from about 7000 humanity to -10k. Those nato rounds register as a crazy amount of -humanity. I found the best way to get the hero skin is sit in electro hospital with nothing at all, not even a bag and just yell over direct "FREE BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS" I gave blood to bandits and regulars. Didn't really matter to me. I miss it greatly, but now I just wear a ghillie to hide my bandit mask.

I feel exactly how you feel. I have a tent city with a group of 20 and we just sit around really..We camp electro like assholes now it's how bored we are.

Me and my buddies went to the NEAF to see if we could find anything nice. We checked everything and there was nothing at all other than heatpacks and random ammo laying about. Once we finished there we moved to blunt rocks where we found a little fishing boat and V3C. We search it, nothing at all. There was no gas so we just kept going. We returned to NEAF to just camp it for a while and see if anyone comes up there so maybe we could get some loot off of them. Once we are all set up my buddy tells me on TS. "THERE'S A URAL IN THE HANGER" I was like what... We just checked the place about 10 minutes ago. So now we are on high alert and my team sets up watching everywhere. I make the first move and crouch run to the hanger. Once I approach it I peek in and see it. Just a regular Civi ural. Once I see no one I walk and then proceed to search the contents. At this moment when I clicked gear and as soon as it opened I freaked. There was 1 As50, 10 AS50 TWSs, 1 FN FAL, 10 scatchels, 21 GHILLIE SUITS, 40 jerry cans atleast, misc stuff, and a M4A1 Holo(This one doesn't have the camo, it's just a standard black) which I believe isn't legit. We instantly decided, Steal it. So we did. We drove away in the ural and took it to make a base where we put all the basic legit stuff, kept a TWS since a friend insisted on it. :/ We then drove the ural filled with hacked As50s off a cliff and into the ocean. This was one of the craziest finds in my time of dayZ. I did not keep any hacked weapons, because I'm fine with my SVD and CCO SD. Just thought I'd share this story with ya'll. Happy huntin!

I posted something like this earlier. Yea I feel you, it's gettin boring. Doing the same thing over and over. Even on lingor island.

Forgot to get screenies but here's what I basically saw. 25 or each kind of flare for a GP-26 ( Can't remember the name exactly) Grenade launcher attachment I believe. Along with some PKM ammo and misc shit that isn't ingame. There were 20 RGO grenades (Think I got the name right) I know those are legit, so I took them and blew up the hacker camp and used the rest for shits and giggles. Edit: Since I'm getting so much shit for doing a good deed let me help sort some of this out There were 2 urals and one V3C, a pickup, bus, and ATV all PACKED TO HELL with goodies. No hacked weapons though only hacked grenades and etc. There were atleast 7-8 crashed player helos on the coast and two working ones along the coast also. We took both and moved around to see if we could camp hunt which we got lucky. There was NO ONE on the server for about 2-3 hours. Only me and my buddies.

This community almost sickens me now. Constant trolling when I'm reporting something. I just wanted to say what I found and that I blew it all to hell. I'm pretty sure hackers were just on the server since there were 2 working helos near balota and atleast 6 player crashed ones at komarovo along with fresh spawn bodies right next to them.
