Ok so here's my story. Might be a long one First time playing DayZ in a few weeks, and just downloaded the lingor map. After about 10 minutes of running I hit the northern airfield, I gear up and proceed to fill a heli that was left there. I start talking to a few guys over side chat and team up with one to farm the prison and the crash sites with my new toy. I pick him up and head to the prison, during this the other guy disconnects so me and guy #1 go find the crash sites. And to our luck both downed choppers have spawned about 50m apart. As we are flying back to the prison, guy #2 logs back on and we start chatting again. He says to come and pick him up but guy #1 is wary as he had killed his friend before I logged on. So I decline and say maybe later. As I land at the prison I drop my bag to put my new found ghillie suit on. As I go to pick up my bag an M107 round rips past my head, so I make a mad dash for the barracks guy #1 is in. All of a sudden guy #2 come over cant and says he's got us pinned down. BASTARD!! I try my best to locate him so I can show him the sharp side of a .50 round but he gets me before I can. ..oh well such is life.. I respawn and I start up a convo with this guy again, he agrees to come and pick me up so I can grab my gear and heli (since he can't fly). On the way back I have a look at the gear in his UAZ. This is where it gets weird. I notice a distinct lack of a certain AS50 but he does have my M107 ( I know he used an AS50 because this server can tell you who killed you and with what) and he doesn't have one on him when he gets out of the UAZ. Anyway, I run around grabbing my stuff when he says he has to go, so we say goodbye and he goes off to hide his car and DC's after about a minute. So I jump in my heli and go off in search of some food and tents. After flying around for about 5 minutes I decided to set up camp on the tiny island in the NE. And HOLY SHIT did I hit the motherload. As I circle around I spot the 2 more helis so I carefully land and check them out and see if there is anything else of value here. After checking out the helis to find the, both in perfect working order full of stuff. I run behind the house and find the UAZ, the same one guy#2 was using. Abit baffled as to how he got from the NW prison to and island out in the middle of the ocean I came to the conclusion he must have been a hacker, or they included rocket cars that can drive on water in the last update. So I take all the good suff, SVD camo, M107, L85 and a ton of food, ammo, drinks, and medical supplies and head of to hide my new toys. TL;DR: killed by hacker, helped by hacker, stole from hacker. Such is life ae Sorry If my story telling is shit, it's 4am and uni has taken its toll on my brain. Also if you can drive out to that island please tell me would be handy to know.

Now I have heard a lot about hackers but I've never seen one and iv'e been playing for around 2months, so I was bound to run into one eventually. Ok so there I was heading down to raid devils castle on US server 22 something, I had just managed to get myself lost in the hills to the north so was just running south until I found a town or landmark. While I was checking my bearings and looking at my map I heard something or someone move, so I quickly put my map away and to my surprise I was now dancing around the tree I had hidden under. Well played hacker, you made me laugh.

Which US servers do you guys play on. Looking for a group to play with, lone wolf is getting kinda boring
