I downloaded the games through steam, but go to the OA folder and launch from there. just downloaded the most recent patch. What does this mean?

Ah, the days I will miss being nuked, turning into animals, being teleported, losing my leg, having all my guns go away, ect,ect. Those were the days... Not that I have much room to talk with 12 post under my belt. -
