Had an idea.. there are multiple threads for people looking to hook up with friendlies. for all sorts of reasons which are quite obvious for those of the same mind set. Now there are almost a million players world wide. it was 300k when i joined last month. that has to tell you something about where this game is going. SO. im looking for people with ideas and SKILLS to make a data base of friendly players with a history of helping. ( yes a database of murderers will come next).. im not an IT guy but i do facilitate things that NEED to happen. i really look forward to feedback as the first step in taking back the world that the zombies took from me.( and yes this somewhat aimed at the bandits, and i have no problem with that) anthrax.

We / they/ all of us could hook up and go in in pairs and threesomes and groups. We would then beat the bad guys and be True survivors anth

I keep the faith in game and in life, i will treat you the same. im all for coop playing. but im not a bleading heart. been married with kids and divorced and married again. Despite all this i have remained true to myself. a gamer at heart.. From SPACE INVADERS to dayZ.. im in a clan and we are coming. take a bit and leave no trail. i like it. we. (my son and i were heading to town for blood bags) as we needed supplies. ( we both had less than 12000)when all of a sudden . tent city. lol. well we took some bloodbags, left the rest. and changed targets with a clear concience. btw. i did the save tent thing cause i wasnt sure and didnt want to destroy all thier hard work. does that save the tent from being destroyed?

( i play on us servers or nz. the uk ones ping to high for me. but its nice to hear your story. and sadly i wont be calling. however im sure many players will thank ypu for what your doing. and YES. it was a long post. It's great to see others that think like i do. I have yet to murder anyone and im not about to start. Been gunned down a few times but also have meet good people a few times. I now play with my son who is 27. Two are much safer. One of my first games i was in cherno shittin myself with only an axe. Im up in a room in the industrial section when up the stairs comes a guy. He takes a shot but i was already moving. ( i play day of defeat and i know that if you stand still your DEAD). I ran into another room looking for escape when i hear a voice on direct comms saying " did i hit you". Thought that was wierd but replied NO, he then said " good cause you scared the shit outta me" ( that went both ways). So he came into the room and was low on blood and asked me if i could give him a transfusion from his pack. I did and he really sounded pleased. In gratatude he gave me a pistol with two clips. Well that pistol saved my life when later i was cornered by Zombies. It showed that not everyone is a dick. ( but i have been murdered several times for bandages and one box of pain killers since) LoL

Yep. Although i have come across some good ones if they behave like that it makes it hard to believe others.. my son and i have discussed this lots. How to be a friendly but not get your ass shot off. He is of the mind to shoot now since we seem to get shot lots. I really dont think i will. Unless they fire on me first, alas this means im more likely to die first. I havent as of yet shot anyone and dont want to start. I'm hoping they bring back the bandit skin, at least you know then.

Good topic.......... i have had two instances where its been friendly,,,,, i acutally gave him blood and he gave me a pistol......so coop can be very benificial........the next was running thru the bush and a guy came from the opposite and we nearly ran over each other.. His reponse was good and ive adopted it....he had his rifle lowered...with the double tap ctrl......and his mic on and said quickly....*friendly..i have my weapon lowered*....worked as well as anything.........then five minutes later got ambushed by two guys who saw me coming from a long way off.........*sigh* such is dayz

hi.... My son and i have been trying to find a group or server that promotes more coop style playing. (my son in 27 just so you know). atm we have teamspeak thru my day of defeat clan and use that for coms. We are looking to run a server ( our fearless leader has been looking into it so see how that goes) But in the meantime it would be good to hook up with others of a like mind. cheers... we are based in melbourne....
