Thanks for the help, been using dayz commander, and it is usually fairly accurate give or take a few hours.

Was just wondering if anyone knows of an addon/program that can list servertimes, saying if they are eastern time or -8 or +8 local time, i just find myself literaly wasting hours just logging in and out of servers trying to find one that is still daytime.Any help would be appreciated.

Same problem ive uninstalled reinstalled manually replaced files, nothing works, still says that i have version 1.65 and fails to update every server i join. please help.

Get rid of the knockdown chance or reduce it to when your low life, it's really stupid and annoying when your geared to the teeth and get hit by a zombie once through a wall or something and get knocked down and from 12k blood just die because of it.

i agree 100% skip to 12.30 in the video to see what all bandits should be like, no pretending tobe freindly then shooting them with the weapon you stole out of their bag, that is just gutless.

I have to agree with the OP, im new to this game aswell but 90% of the players on this game are jackass's, ive tried hundreds of times to find people to play with ingame and its almost impossible to do even if you are not holding a weapon and telling them you are friendly you will get shot in the face, if you hide and talk to them they will probobly tell you they are friendly, when you come out of hiding, once again shot in the face. Regardless of just having spawned or having a ton of supplies almost everyone will shoot you on site i have a great video i found to explain what dayz is like 99% of the time. http://gamesvideos.tv/post/26717376698/why-people-dont-get-or-like-dayz-watch-this-live I think that you should really spawn with a map and gps, it would make it allot easier for players to just find eachother out of game and meet up ingame without getting murdered 60 times a day.
