Morning all, Just started playing again (haven't played since standalone release) and im wanting to know where the hotspots are. We play as a group of 4 and travelles frim berezino to NE airport then devils castle and NW airfield, without seeing 1 other player. 40/40 man server too. Obviously this is part and parcel of the game but im just wondering if theres a new route we should be taking or different places to be looking for other players. Like i said only been playing a few days again but any help appreciated!

Cool will check Vybor out a bit later on. Why is group pvp so rare now ? I hate being by the coast.. i dont class shooting in electro or cherno aa pvp.. just people playing the game in the wrong way. In my opinion ofcourse.

Only tend to play private hive as opposed to public. Seen the same guys in a ural on 2 occasions around the north west now. Is there any good weapons to be gained from the nw barracks ?

Surely must be more places for action than just there though ?

Morning As the title suggests im thinking of getting back into dayz again. Is it worth it ? Does the standalone have that sense of adventure that the game used to have many moons ago. Is there still some good pvp to be had rather than everyone knocking about in elektro like its deathmatch. i want that thrill that i usdd to get of seeing players in a town having not seen anyone for 3hours or so. Am i wishful thinking or is it worth playing again ? Cheers!

Hello, Looking for some different youtubers to watch playing dayz whilst nobody is on twitch. I have watched Jam Jar, Mr Blackout and Maniac Gaming... If anybody could recommend anymore that would be great. I like a range of different videos and play styles but in particular prefer videos of 15min+ in length. Thanks in advance!

Evening, I am going to start playing standalone in the next few weeks, can anyone recommend any decent youtubers with current videos that would be worth me watching to get me in the mood ? Squad play Stalking Teamwork Overwatching That sort of stuff, the sort of intense situations that we all crave so much. Any help is appreciated - Im just struggling to find decent length videos which aren't boring after 2mins. Thank you.

Yo, Been playing the game on/off for about a year now and recently I've been playing alone - its starting to get a bit boring. Therefore I am looking for a group of like-minded players to start playing with. I am from the UK but I am happy to play with anyone from the EU baring in mind they play similar times to me (with the time difference taken into consideration). I play most week nights and some weekends too - weeknights usually 6.30-11. I am 24 so would like somebody of a similar age - no kids please. Currently playing Overwatch, I am open to other versions but I think Overwatch is pretty decent at the minute. I'm not an out and out bandit but I pretty much have a shoot on sight attitude, if they pose any threat what so ever. So everybody except bambi's basically - especially when you enter the north. Please get in touch if you sound similar to me with the times you can play and your play styles. Yo, Haven't played for a while but I have free time now ( will be on pretty much daily for 4/5/6 hrs a night). I am open to what mod we play as I know their are a few flying about at the minute - really want p2p action but like the thought of base building etc. But I don't want constant p2p like a deathmatch or something, part of the intensity is spotting players every so often rather than every other minute. YO! We are looking to add 2/3 more players to our group so that we can play as a squad and on a more regular basis. Currently there is just me and adam, we have played together for 3months and have recently just started playing on Private Hive servers. What were looking for : - Any nationality as long as you can spracken ze English - 20+ please (were both 23 and mature about the game) - we play on hive servers as we love PvP without being interrupted by hackers/scripters/f4'ers. Our goal is to set up camp and go out with the intention of taking out other squads/raiding their camps. So we would like people of a similar mindset - We use TS3, Skype tends to lag the game. - Be active 3 nights a week at least. The Hive servers we play on have settings such as 50+ vehicles, tents with camo nets, and a command meaning that if anyone alt+f4 then their body stays active for 30seconds, therefore they cant get away with it. It's like the old style of dayZ, where you have to work for what you get and finding a map/compass is a good find as opposed to everyone being kitted up with rangefinders etc which have been hacked/duped.
