Afternoon Mac & co! Been playin the game for around 3months now, however recently I have fallen out of love with the game due to hackers and improper game play. This server sounds perfect for what I'm looking for, there's me and a friend who thrive off the intense PvP gameplay without being interrupted by altF4 and hackers. We like the 'end game' idea such as camps and finding/raiding other teams/clans camps. We're both 25 and will be on tonight - I'm at work currently so can't connect to get your email. Looking for a team to PvP and maintain camps/survive with on dayZ... I am currently quite well equipped but would like to be able to play with others when hunting for camps or players. Yoyo, Just gone to load my game up through steam (Operation Arrowhead) and instead of loading the game its just begun to re-download it again like it isn't installed on my PC. My download speeds are horrible and its gonna take another 15hours to download if I leave it. Last night, and for the past two weeks I have been playing the game with no problem but now it won't even load. Its just like its not installed and steam has to re-download it all over again. I haven't touched/moved/deleted anything,.. Can anyone give me another option, if there is one ? CBA re-downloading. Thanks x

DayZ gets a lot of 'bad press' off most of the people playing when it comes to hackers nuking servers and bandits spawn killing us 'normal' players. However, yesterday I would like to think that a bit of justice was done whilst we were playing, here is the story... 4 of us were playing on a US server looting and shooting around Berezino when suddenly cries of 'WHAT THE FUCK' rang through teamspeak - Vinnie had been lifted into the air dropped in the middle of a field with 5/6 hackers filling him with holes. Needless to say Vinnie died and lost a silenced M4, ghillie, GPS and lots of other decent equipment. Immediately the rest of us salvaged what we could from our tent and moved server before we met the same end. So, onto a new server pitched a new tent in the same place, deposited all the stuff we'd salvaged from the old tent, jobs a gooden. Team "Where have you spawned Vinnie" Vinnie "Kamenka, fuck sake, fucking hackers - I'm gonna respawn and.... Oh, wait, I hear a vehicle, its beeping... ITS COMING RIGHT FOR ME!!!....." The story transpires that the player in the vehicle picked Vinnie up and agreed to drop him just outside Berezino so he could be reunited with us. Happy days, or so we though! The server decided to restart just as they were entering Berezino and when we all rejoined the server after updating our beta patches Vinnie and the random hero were left with no jeep. Baring in mind Vinnie had just spawned and had no equipment it would have been difficult for him to come and locate the tent where we were, we were just about to get him when the guy he was with allowed Vinnie to take his map & compass and navigate himself over to our position. On arrival Vinnie led the guy a good bit west of our tent as it would be stupid of us to reveal where it was, The rest of us could see them through our binoculars and I began to head over to meet Vinnie and thank the other guy, while the other two watched through their binoculars ensuring that this guy wasn't about to shoot me. As I edged closer the situation became tense and we were in a bit of a stand off, but fair play to the guy instead of disconnecting he stayed and was typing 'IF YOUR GOING TO KILL ME DO IT NOW' - but why would we ? He had just helped our friend out.... Anyway after a long stand off ensuring him that we would not be killing him, he eventually left the server and we went on our merry way. This might be long winded but I thought it was a nice touch and it shows that there are decent people in the game, not many but some. He was also quite lucky that we are decent people too, cos 99/100 people would have shot him when we were in distance and looted his stuff. Can't remember the name exactly but the team was [Team?] so thank you if your reading this!

Yo guys, I am in a bad way in Berzino North East, have about 800 blood remaining and my visibility has almost gone so I can't locate the hospital, I have a pretty good idea where i am though but i still think it would be risky to venture out with this little blood + with no-one to give me a transfusion im fucked! Could somebody please help me out ? I have used this service before and found it really useful so would be handy if you could help me out again... I am on all day today. Also I am fully updated. Yo, We are looking for a few more players so that we have a decent sized squad when roaming the world of Chernarus. Currently there are three of us : Adam 23 UK James 21 UK Rick (me) 23 UK As you can see we are all of a 'mature' age and would be looking for other people who are no younger than 18 to play with us. We try and play 3/4 nights a week until late, we are neither bandits nor survivors. We roam around the map constantly looking to enhance our gear, preferably we do it peacefully without loss of life but when theres some PvP to be had we never shy away, after all whats the point in having good gear if you don't get to use it. So if your looking for a tightly knit group that help each other out, play strategically, like PvP, take risks for reward and generally play the game together to have fun then don't hesitate to add me on steam. Yo! Looking for a group of players to play the game with, the usual people I play with are very inactive at the moment and its kinda boring playing on my own. Im 23/UK/Male and I've been playing for around a month.. I am on late most nights (including tonight) so this would suit both EU and USA players... I'm looking for 18+ only please. Can anybody help me ? Whenever approaching an airfield I get an horrendous graphics glitch which spreads shards of multicoloured triangles across my screen making it completely unplayable. Is this a common problem ? Is there anything I can do to combat this ? Its pretty annoying as I've heard all the best spawns are located at airfield and helicopter crash sites... Thanks for your help.

Been shot in the back by some twat just outside CHERNO on the eastside - I hid for about 20minutes whilst I could see him still scurrying around trying to find me to finish the kill... I have a broken bone and no way of mending it - I could crawl to the hospital in Cherno but would take ages and would probably die in the process. Anybody kind enough to come mend me ? Can't offer anything in return other than my thanks... Cheers

Is anybody else experiencing problems ? No servers are coming up for me on the 6 launcher and when I try to access Multiplayer mode in game it says its down due to Maintenance... Really annoying not being able to view any servers to join. Any help ?

Well its working for everybody else you moron, so obviously I thought it might be a problem my end which anybody could help me with.

I just think the game would be more entertaining and intense if the old style of banditry was restored... I.E - mugging people rather than just shooting on sight.. at least if your gonna get mugged you kinda still enjoy the game as its something to tell your mates about and laughed about, rather than just getting shot in the head from a mile away by some cunt with a sniper. Only my opinion.
