No my friend, it wasn't. Observe: Which came first, Day Z or The War Z? The War Z has been in preparation for a very long time involving us at Hammerpoint tossing around ideas regarding the concept of an zombie MMORPG. But undoubtedly, the success of Day Z was an immense sign to us that an post-apocalyptic zombie MMORPG was the right way to go. "tossing around ideas' is not game development. Hell, I've been tossing around ideas for a zombie apocalyptic MMORPG since I was about 8 years old and I'm probably your grandpas age.

I'm a fortysomething guy in California looking to start a casual group of older, laid back players that are in my skill range. I've only been playing DayZ/Arma for a couple weeks so I'm still in the noob stage. I have tried playing with a couple groups that post on here but have found that they are mostly Advanced players who operate way up north and I've found that trying to walk that far by myself is problematic. :) If you have a microphone and are interested PM me or add me in Steam. First of all I love Jesusfood particularly the Lord of the Fries Meal Deal (with extra Holy Sauce for dippin). Second of all I think you can carry 2 primaries if one is in your pack.
