yeah i would say it should be rarer... because dont forget loot usually changes hands quite often so more and more will circulate into the game.

i would have organised a spin around on TS if i was them... if you get robbed of your loot may aswell start coastal anyway... give them nothing, TAKE EVERYTHING!

its easier to get the NVGS from barracks when its a full server, just kill the guys near the barracks that have them!! I had a CCO SD but had no mags, then got killed by a hacker who smashed me from the sky :(

On 113 everyone just teleported into the sky and died, our 5 people did and we saw like 30 people on the server die. we had nvgs coyotes, tier 2 weaps :(... We had just finished a successful NW airfield raid too.. oh well guess we get to start again. Hacker or bug? steam purchase 1.7.1.5 Beta 944444

i guess its sort of real life that the trust would vanish. but the players that go arond killing on purpose, or that kill on purpose because they are grumpy would die off sooner than the real survivors/bandits. i KOS if im in a bandit area (stary sobor, any shop town, Airfields, Coastal towns) otherwise i observe and avoid.) But if i saw someone with a DMR and i had a CZZ id kill them for it hands down. i wouldnt start a false friendship and backstab them though. too risky. -

no. players would loot high risk areas on PVE servers. unless there was two hives and two seperate characters it couldnt work. Just for the record if zombies got buffed and doubled/trippled in #'s i wouldnt mind PVE, it would be fun seeing how many z's you could kill. but yeah coexisting PVP and PVE is retarded.. sorry! **edit** And saying bandits allready serverhop, there is a HUGE risk in doing this, when you server hop zombies despawn so its freakin ovbious when you spawn, if there are bandits allready there you are a goner. and quite often when you serverhop you will spawn in the barraks with another bandit. So serverhopping while lame is still incredibly risky when you are talkign barracks. -

terrible idea. there should be no made up way for psychopaths to be stopped. there should be some real life mechanic that can be implemented for it to work. the splitting up of roles could work i guess but would punish solo players and wouldnt really stop the "problem" but even as it is its not that bad. its just clans that are playing it competitively that kind of kill the atmpsohere but i guess in real life you would find highly skilled gangs with good weaponry and new recruits they could send on suicide runs. My suggestion was just to enforce death, make even the best players really not want to die... not sure how but looking forward to what comes from the dayz team! -
i was a biker for a bit... but after my third successful trip when going to refuel i decided to punt a sheep 100m... totaled the wheels on the bike, found a wheel fixed it, turned out to be the wrong wheel so i just shot it up in rage and left it (was in the middle of a field, no way it would have remained unsalvaged by the time server pop went down from 45)

theres no motivation at all not to do people in... they had the jump on you guys, if you made it so you had the control it could have worked i guess. I might have had an agreement where one guy runs out t o load the vehicle, he stays in vehicle and its driven somewhere + unloaded then they get it, or some sort of better situation where you would have control, or at least a bit more control. But yeah, there are no incentives not to do people in unless you make them yourself.

you know theres a game like that without zombies, i think its called vanilla arma2... One thing i would like is for bodies to not despawn for 18 hours at least. I killed a clan member but the body despawned because i took too long to circle the area and make sure noone else was watching it (was solo and it was in the open area near top bunker NW airfield.)

just happened to me too on seattle 130 i think killed a =DNR= RYAN fellow at NW airfield, spent about 30 min circling the corpse to make sure i wasnt being watched because he had clan members online then when i went to loot it it was gone... or is that expecting a bit too much to have bodies stay around for 30min? im still new to this game lol. Think he only had a CZZ + alice anyway.. but if the despawn time is supposed to be less please let me know so i can base my strategies around that! Thanks, -
yeah its why i play on 3dp and tags off servers only still cool what he did though.

i like the hardness now, but i dont like that running seems to be broken for me and if i pick up a weapon it drops everything else lol -
You should have a Poll: Yes - Game purchase with Monthly fee? (WoW stylez) Yes - Game purchase only? (Guild Wars stylez) No - Free to play, buy your shit? Yes - Something else? (Mod is purchased, can host your own servers) Also: Whichever way allows you to not compromise on your idea whilst keeping developmeant steady - Community developed or studio developed? Both unless studio servers can cope - Community or studio servers? or both? No! - Kickstarter? or not?
