if this was just a mod and not an alpha for another game... (which is sorta what it is and got really lucky in its success) would anyone really accept this? i would say no. as a mod its not that great atm, as an alpha its fantastic. which is why its covered as an alpha right now for a larger game.

dogs are also something you have to take care of, something that can go off and do something really stupid and get you spotted or even killed. EDIT: see Mad Max when they shoot Max'z dog

i like the idea of dogs, however i think there needs to be a video of how they function before we get to use them. might not be what people think. personally i would like to see harmful animals in the woods

A SWAT truck would have the military grade weapons, but a normal police car would have nothing more than a shotgun. However, some communities do have assault rifles, but for balance purposes for a GAME i do think that lower the yield is better.

i would also grab weapons to defend myself if that's the road you want to take in this.

get rid of the Admins and put the power in Rockets hands and most of this can happen

this server is KNOWN for having abusive adims and hackers by members of the community. it has been reported several times and nothing. hope these guys get the big old boot

my dayz commander wont locate any servers, so be happy you even get that. but i would still be mad....

i agree with the empire building. however the admins are currently preventing any sort of real empires from popping other than their own. you steal something or kill one they just restart the server.

I had a thought at work today. The vehicles are bland. Why not spice them up and make each one recognizable with a name or title. Here was my thought Helo- “China Beach” It has no side guns but added inventory space. It has more armor and a larger gas tank. Helo- “Power Struggle” It has 2 60 Cals on its sides and its faster than China Beach. However it has less armor and less inventory slots Bus- “Dead Reckoning” A homage to George A Ramero. More armor, larger gas tank more inventory, mush slower. Truck- “Schools Out” Short Bus with less inventory, holds less players but moves faster than Dead Reckoning Car- “Mad Max” it’s the mad max car. Fast, less inventory, holds only 2 people large gas tank Car- “Clown” Holds 5 people larger inventory more gas, moves slower Motorcycle- “Hells Angel” Harley, Louder, same speed, bigger gas tank, holds more inventory Anyone else with ideas?
