they attach, they don't cover it like a blanket

ive worn these, they do not compare to canteens as the pack is better. and the way they are worn, one does not feel the weight as would a canteen in the pack. not to mention they take up less room.

no it wouldn't you can wear them over a backpack. military backpacks are even designed with clips and straps to hold them on. you can even wear them under a backpack if you want. they aren't that restrictive. wall locker in foot locker, foot locker in day pack, day pack in camel pack. you have 5 seconds, why aren't you done!
