    If your survivor is 26 days old, you're doing it wrong. I honestly suggest setting up a tent, unloading everything except your hatchet, NVGs, a map & a compass/gps. Play only at night. Axe scrubs down in Elektro & Cherno whilst direct broadcasting the chorus to "2 Minutes to Midnight" by Iron Maiden. 1:16 for the chorus

    I lugged this filthy pos around in my backpack for about 2 days, collecting HE m203 rounds whenever I could. Of course anytime I swapped it out of my bag or into my primary it would delete rounds, particularly the H(igh)E(xplosive) ones. Well, with the last one surviving the many swap attempts to use it....I finally got the ONE and ONLY shot off with this rifle. An undershoot, by far....but glorious all the same. If not anything else, this exhibits the raw splash damage this round packs; it had to have been at least 10-15 meters in front of him. I really want to see what his screen looked like, I'm certain is was more exciting than a 50 cal one shot.

    I hear your pain, situations like that suck. I lol'd at the chem-light part, but it is true; the chem's light isn't clearly visible for a good 30+ yards. I'm just shocked that you HAD the balls to hit up a barracks without nvg on a night time server. p.s. I dare ask what weapon you were using. Crossbow maybe?

    Simply in need of some antibiotics and a transfusion(my blood bag). Willing to donate additional medical supplies and a camo suit; really anything in my inventory/bags are at your disposal. I'm a couple clicks north of the Power Plant and moving inland(don't want to risk getting any closer to Elektro). Just name a spot and I'll do the math if I can make it there or not.     Eh, ATVs are like women; they come and go... Last one I had, fueled her up, changed the pipes, hopped on and *BOOM* she blew me. Oh, and the last atv...it blew up as well; as soon as i made all the repairs(except the engine) and rode about 20 feet. /sausages

    Tried those steps and it worked for me as well, Steam had to grab about 100 megs to repair the cache. Thanks alot bud! CONFIRMED: Worked for me.
