I like this idea very much. It could fit in a tool belt slot.

The FAL with night vision does NOT have thermal. The L85 is the only weapon with thermal.

It's actually a very good survival simulator if you play more cautiously. Don't go running through Cherno or Elektro freely. Be extremely patient passing through high-traffic areas. Get some supplies and head north, explore some new areas, play with friends, and eventually you'll be needing food, water, medical supplies. All day I've played with my friend and the only conflicts we had were not campers, but the fact that we had zombies break our legs, ran low on blood, my friend got an infection, etc. Then we had to venture to Elektro to stock up and leave. You absolutely can play survival but you need to avoid the Balota/Cherno/Elektro killing-line.

It can be a bad thing. If there's an excess of guns that do, essentially, the same thing, these guns will have to use the same ammo types or ammo will be far too difficult to come across.

Doorways, small rocks, small indoor spaces, etc. can cause you to break bones or die instantly. Yeah, it's pretty rough.

All servers. Only way you'll see a chopper is a hacker.

I walked outside the fire station in Elektro to see a guy in a ghillie suit sprinting in the other direction. He was running against a wall (server hit a lag spike) and I fired a few CZ550 shots into him. When the lag was over, he was dead nearby a church. I looted him and found: 3 ghillie suits NVGs Range Finder M4 with ammo M9 SD with ammo Coyote backpack All tools Medical supplies, food, water Putting on one of the ghillie suits caused me to lose the backpack, sadly. Then later that night I was killed by a hacker, losing everything.

I prefer the AKM by far. I regard the Winchester as a "bad" weapon and avoid it unless it's all I can get.

What's the fun in getting all that stuff from a hacker? And why would he give you ALICE packs instead of a Coyote?

I've found a couple on a dead body, that's about it. I agree they're too rare. My friend got sick today so we raided a hospital to no avail. Then the infection suddenly went away.

There are no batteries. I've had it randomly stop working on me but it seems to fix itself.

They spawn pretty randomly. My buddy found one on a hill up in the corner of the map. It randomly stopped working though.

I like the idea. Although, I see this being highly exploitable. Imagine hackers placing these buildings such that 100% of the map is covered, and therefore the server is ruined.

The humanity system is no longer in place, so it really doesn't matter.

Some servers do restarts/time zone switches to prefer day or night. Personally, I despise night.

Certain collisions cause you to break legs or randomly die, it's a known bug. This can happen when opening/closing doors, stepping on small rocks, etc.
