How can I remove nametags from my server while keeping third person

Title says it all, been playing for about a month now and can last 3-4 days alone with ease, just looking for a group to enjoy a solid team environment

My friend and I are both 16 and play around the same time as you, usually 10 pm-1 am or so. I know age is usually a deciding factor in online games and whether or not people want to join up. We both use skype to communicate in game and I snipe while he goes into towns, we'd like to have more in our group but can't find anyone that will last 30 minutes before shooting us.
