Actually, the best way would be having someone use an epi pen on you. I've had a similar experience and was lucky enough that a team mate had one on him.

I believe you missed his point. By making your server known, it will undoubtedly become a beacon for all bandits to converge on. -
That's exactly my point. I only kill zombies when I had to and when I did, I was using silenced guns.
