Survivor Getting Tired After a 'Long Day'?

I don't get why people are complaining about being hungry/thirsty. I just eat till I get the message similar to "Your stomach is full" and then I don't get any notifications at all for while later. If I spawn near Komarovo, I just run to the "well" and drink from it till I'm full. -
Valid question. And can you chop wood yet? Cause I've tried, but with no success!

Some russians did that with me. What they didn't know was that I looted their backpacks while they cuffed me, and my blood had AIDS so one of them died. -

I drank from a well, and it worked. But then right after it didn't. It was weird. But can you get sick from drinking from wells?

But why doesn't the screwdriver work? I have so much canned food. No can opener, but a screwdriver. -
So, I just adjusted my GFX in the in-game option, and my game crashed. When I logged back on, my character was gone and it had reset back to default character. All those hours with scavanging gone to waste. I reckong there's nothing I can do to get it back either except start over again. I had everything I needed, and was way up north. I strongly suggest other players not to waste their time scavanging for items for hours and hours ;P

I've stored a bunch of ammo into my Ammo box, and I carry two x 60round clips for my M4 with me so that I can reload once without needing to go into my inventory, take the clip of thee M4 and load it with ammo. But is there a way to open the ammo box without droping it to the ground? I can store ammo to it just by draging the ammo to the box, but not get it out, unless I actually drop the box to the ground,

Deaths could have been prevented if you'd only tried to talk to him over direct chat though.

I'm enjoying it now that I understand how things work. Not getting spammed by notifications, nor passing out anymore.

"You can carry 1 melee weapon and a rifle on your back." However, you can still carry a second rifle in your hands as long as you holster your first rifle to your back, but this will drop it to the ground whenever you're trying to drink/interact with doors, ladders etc, but it's nice to know if you're gonna give your friend a weapon.

Morning Forum! I logged on my character today, and I can't interact with any doors or ladders. So I'm basically stuck in a room. I can't open the door nor climb down the ladder. Any ideas?
