How can you know it was a bandit camp? Maybe it was a survivors group camp.. And by raiding it and stealing all the stuff, you are not a survivor you are a bandit douche. And as Buff said, they just get reset with all stuff in them after server restart. So you fail triple times. Good job.

It is a mod based on ArmA 2 if you didn't know, a war game. It is on a map full of military compounds if you didn't know, so yeah most likely you will find sniper rifles, a lot of them. Snipers can be easily avoided and flanked. Learn to conceal yourself. Getting food and surviving is easy as shit, its a walk in the park once you played for a month or so. If you wan't it to be a 100% realistic game then whoopie-di-doooo lets remove the infected as well, they aren't realistic too, right? When will people stop with the "not realistic" shit, its a fucking game. NO, its a fucking MOD of a GAME.

I don't got antibiotics, but I do have a bullet. It releases your suffering same as the antibiotics.

" That's the way to deal with DC'ers for now. I do the same and only one DC'ed on me in over 200 firefights I have. I either surprise them from behind or take them out with my sniper. Its just bad luck. I play for over a month and just met 1 guy that disco. And I had over 200 firefights.

You won't believe it but its the CZ550. Easy to find, easy to find ammo. Effective range 800m. I am 700m away from the danger and can still one shot precisely kill with it. Range finders are a must because it lacks mil-dots to calculate the range. Or you can go to a regular server and scroll mouse down for exact range. But this weapon is pretty underestimated by everyone. I take down AS50 and other high caliber sniper guys with my CZ. It is generally my first sniper rifle to take down another high equipped sniper and get a better weapon and gear :)

I would like you to review the CZ550 sniper rifle. It is the most common and "weakest" one in DayZ. However people are seriously underestimating that rifle. It has an effective range of 800m. You can precisely snipe wit it at 700m and still get one shot kill if you hit the head or upper torso around neck and shoulders. 700m is a HUUUUUUGE distance in DayZ. It means you are out of danger, and they die before they hear the shot. I used to destroy other snipers that had AS50's and M107's with my CZ. Only - point is you need range finders because it doesn't have mil-dots to calculate range. But if you play in a regular server this ain't a problem since you can mouse scroll down to see the range, then precisely do headshots :)

I am an experienced Countersniper. Hunting bandits AND survivors. So if you need assistance at any time let me know. I just play to kill snipers, no mater what fraction they belong to. I love their tears after they realize that they are just cattle, nothing more. Most of them are so arrogant and high about themselves thinking no one can reach them or kill them. Well, I just imagine the look on their faces when the You Are Dead screen pops out. :)

GAME PURCHASE ONLY = Later DLC content can be charged or not, I don't care. (which is the most used and best working model so far IMO) Studio Developed but still hearing out the community demands and implementing some of them. Not many, but the best ones. Community dedicated servers = with a system to blacklist any Admin abusing servers as we have now. Kickstarter could be cool but I don't care really, as most I think. PS: If you choose the F2P model, I wouldn't play then. I'd rather pay 100$ one time price for it then having to pay monthly and for loot or DLC. I guess most players think the same.

Once you get all the high end gear, there is pretty much nothing left to do. Your heart beats as twice as fast in a firefight in DayZ, because there is so much to lose. All those hours spent looting. Its the thrill of this game. After playing this game for a month, surviving alone becomes a walk in the park. What are you expecting us else to do? To play this for one year just looting stuff, hiding in the forest and avoiding everyone? Don't be silly. And what If I don't want to be a medic? Clearly this is a bandit section so get lost with your medic shit.

Well that's right too but its not like whole Bohemia is working on this. Its just Rocket and a bunch of guys. At least they are giving out frequently patches and announce patch notes, unlike some other dev's. And we are able to get in touch directly with them via this forum unlike with other dev teams where contacting the main guy is similar to finding the phone number of a random slut you met on a random vacation lol

Imagination doesn't necessary needs to be about building something together or surviving together. You can have it by hunting others, on many different ways. I know what he meant. It is simple: We don't understand survivors crying about bandits. Everyone can choose their own way. If I wan't to kill people its my thing, live with it. How comes no bandit ever cried about survivors? Do you see bandits saying or posting endelss same crying threads about survivors like " why don't you kill on sight" or "im sick of survivors yelling friendly" or "why do people tend to avoid others instead of confrontation" etc..
