I think this question is not needed. M4 CCO SD is the best as STANAG SD ammo is not THAT rare and as you can take out zeds and players without alerting everything 500m around you. It has a nice acog scope and looks too sexy.

I play ArmA 2 as much as DayZ just to make a difference from time to time. And I found it pretty fun. People are not douche bags, except for the few dayz noobs trolling around the base. Pilots wait until all the seats are taken in the chopper to fly to the AO. Coordinated attacks and call for extraction or support followed by real friendly response and moving on to the next objective. If you find a server with around 20 ppl on it, chances are that at least 10 of them know how to play and play in a group and if you stick around with them, then you can fun. As I love the sniper role I take the AS50 and destroy waves of enemies on my own from 1000-1500m distance. It also helps for being a good shot in DayZ, I also love to play Takistan Life mod, you can choose to be a civilian or the police. As a civilian you can buy driving and weapon licenses, go mining to sell the stuff to get money or get involved in drug deals. You can do whatever you want. And as the police you try to serve the law, you have the right to frisk someone. To arrest people and put them in jail etc. Its really fun. Once again, the game got great opportunities for mods and fun stuff, its just up to you.

With the amount of duped shit in tents and vehicles and other players being fully geared, you can gear yourself fully up within a hour of your spawn by killing said dupers and taking their gear or by running into a camp, which is very easy to find these DayZ (see what I did here?) ... So no, I'd rather gear up alone, because another reason to do so is.. When approaching cities and buildings, there will only spawn a few zeds on my ass rather then twice or triple the amount for 3 or more players.

This sounds more like spreading the racism then trying to get rid of it. It works just fine as it is. Never experienced any problem at any game with people talking other languages on the server. You know what? Place them near the spawn. Its safer then far up north. Since everyone is up there searching for tents.

You SERIOUSLY can FIND a weapon JUST 3 MINUTES into the game, after your spawn. EVEN LESS TIME. Seriously noobs, go get better at the game instead of spamming the forum with we need: a starter weapon, blood regeneration, removing of the temperature bar, nerfing zombies, make this easy, make that easier.. Yeah sure! Why not start with an AS50 and an M4 CCO SD with a shit load of ammo. OH, and we give you a helicopter so you can spare your legs and fly around the maps. THEN AFTER WE GOT EVERYTHING TO BE "KINDERGARTEN EASY" AND GEAR UP JUST 5MIN AFTER THE SPAWN, WE GONNA GO FOR PVP, KILLING OTHERS AND THEN WONDER THAT THIS GAME HAS NO ENDGAME AND JUST PVP. YEAH, LOGIC AT ITS FINEST! And, yes. I yelled it out loud while I was typing it. Sorry but can't fucking get how people can be dumb beyond belief.

This game has just 2 main "Realism categories" which I gonna list here, which separates it from the perk having shit games where you can grenade spam or run around with a sniper killing players 2m away which are using assault rifles. 1) Bullet Drop with Zeroing option - Way better presented then in BF3 where they added a lets say "arcade" bullet drop and no zeroing option, you have to guess and aim higher then the target. If someone doesn't know how to use mil-dots, they are fucked. And here you actually can't see the bullet being presented as a yellow banana flying towards your target in a rainbow curvy line. You wait to see where it impacts. 2) AI - If you run, not using cover, or poke your head out for more then 3 seconds you are dead. No health packs, no health boosting death streaks or anything else. Shot to the head = dead, Shot to the upper torso/neck = dead. Generally 2 shots to the torso = dead. AI aiming precisely and spotting you on over 200-300m distance. Not running towards you in a suicide manner with no brain. Enemy artillery firing at your sniper position after you are spotted by enemy binoculars. 3) Realistic vehicle and weapon controls. On most servers, if you choose any class other then a pilot/navigator you won't even get the option to get into a plane/helicopter. You surely won't be able to snipe or fire your weapon in mid air while falling from the sky and not to talk about shooting an Jet fighter or Helicopter pilot then jump from the cliff/building and get into it while its falling down, then flying away with it. (SERIOUSLY, BF3 DAFUQ!) The aiming and weapon control in general feels so harder and more realistic. + The tons of other realistic stuff that this game has and BF3 and COD can only dream about. (only real shit thing is the 3rd person option, which should be removed in ArmA 3)

You most likely got sniped with a 50. cal from more then 600m away. Here is why. PRESUME ALWAYS that guys on the NWAF don't go alone. Unlike you. They MOST LIKELY have someone to cover them. With a sniper. You were sitting there at the very same spot after firing 4 TIMES at that guy, giving away your position. You will first fall to the ground and then hear the shot if the sniper is at closer range, if not you won't even hear the shot. You most likely didn't see blood because your screen went black&grey and sometimes you bleed on your bottom side directly into the ground. Bleeding is a glitchy animation atm. Now please stop crying and go respawn once again to enjoy the new thrill of sneaking through Cherno&Elektro looting for good gear.

If you set it to debug, you will not be able to see when you are hungry or thirsty or any of the green bars won't change. They will just stay green. Set it to Default and it will work but you won't have the debug monitor. It's a glitch in the new patch but the debug monitor will be removed anyways with the next patch. Peace
