What about tuning HDR down a little bit

Ok I have 2 x 6950's in CF & get this blooming effect occasionally too. Interesting as it doesnt happen all the time but may be related to the time of day I'm playing. I have tried turning the brightness up which has made a difference (it doesnt get really dark like it used to sometimes but sometimes its now too bright). Have you tried just setting HDR to low or even disabled? -

Your doing it wrong. Next time just shoot them in the kneecaps. You can then hide nearby & enjoy listening to their screams as the zeds eat their faces off. Much more satisfying.

You will probably spawn at the airfield. Which is not necessarily a bad thing lol (& is probably better than dying) Just be prepared to run as soon as you spawn as you will likely be standing right in the middle of it...the airfield that is.. :P -

Well I was just about to logon for an hour or 2 of Dayz but was advised at the last moment by a mate not to just yet as hackers are currently going nuts on the Aussie servers. Guess I'll just sit back and let them have their fun with the game while I sit around and contemplate my navel. -
