    I mean they should still be hard to find but theres not enough of them atm. Ive played this game for hours and found ONE vehicle. A friend who was playing as me found another. And thats it. Im finding now after many hours of play that the thrill of finding something rare-ish is what motivates me to continue. The other day I found my 2nd downed chopper (yay) but not found any rare weapons on either of them. Toys are fun.

    Its happened to me. If you disconnect from the server though & join another (you may need to do this several times) it should come back. I also heard you need to disconnect though within 10 seconds or so if you can otherwise it will 'update' your character.

    Same deal nearly: -Bumped into player in supermarket -Shoot him like 4 times & he falls to the ground -Scouts out market for loot -Comes back to check 'dead' players backpack -'Dead' player does a Lazurus, stands up, & axes me -I have broken bones & am losing blood -I shoot Lazurus again -We both die Note to self: always wait for 'murder' counter to tick over before assuming other player is dead

    This saved my ass the other day. I bumped into a guy that was all friendly. As we were both scouting out the church in Cherno for loot my mouse hovered over him momentarily & I heard the heartbeat. I did a runner & as I did he took a few shots at me.

    I shot a survivor I crossed paths with the other day. At the time I was also getting attacked by zeds so had to finish them off then I went looking for the player who wasnt far away. He had a mate who was bandaging him. So I shot him again & killed him. I then chased his mate & killed him too. Then I recall the first guy I shot was originally just standing there looking at me with no weapon. So he was unarmed. Did I feel bad after? Hell yes. But then I thought back to how many times Ive been killed for a can o' beans and suddenly I didnt feel bad anymore.

    Damnit. I passed thru that same spot only 10 mins earlier and there was no chopper there & it was in a remote area north of NW airfield. But then thats my luck on Dayz lol

    Whats your CPU temp hit when gaming? Some BIOS's also have an option to shutdown the PC when the CPU hits a certain temp. Also, if your running Win 7 you can go into Reliability Monitor (Control panel) and check for crashes and further info there as to why it shut down. Also check Event Viewer.

    Whats the temps (of both GPU & CPU?) I cant tell from that info. Also, what size PSU you running? Commonly shutdowns are the result of heat or lack of power.

    I very much like this idea. Will listen tonite. Having a radio station very much added to the overall atmosphere in Fallout. And yea, some occasional commentary from the resident DJ perhaps would be good?

    You must be new here. Try getting around Cherno as a new survivor with no gun & go look for a toolbox so you can then work your way back thru Cherno to try & get a fucking gun. New players would be over the moon with your suggestion. Just remove the fucking wire.
