I used to manual install. Then I found out a single program can handle it for me- and swap versions all from a settings page. I don't see what's wrong with this?

@Motocross: No, shh. http://dayzmod.com/f...de-application/ We were on the server fine flying 1000-kmph on a boat- hacker gets banned; my frame-rate drops to 1 FPS and my friends and the random are mid-air suck, they re-log and they get the error. On any and every Hive server. I know what is wrong and I know only a dev can fix it- I posted this thread for any of them to see.

Try using DayZ Commander. It's atleast 10 times better than Six any-day and allows you to jump versions in either direction up-to the latest.

Note: I tried PMing some of the Devs but I realized they probably get a crap-load of PMs everyday. Yesterday me and my friends were abducted by a hacker. He didn't explode us on sight so we got in his car as he demanded and he teleported it and us to an island. He teleported a PBX to us and flew around the map- needless to say he was banned and now some of us are getting an error regarding wrong server version- I google'd this error and came upon a thread about characters being corrupted. I'm seem to be fine, but my other two friends can't seem to log on. Hacker name: Sickness People abducted: If you need my friend's IDs I can PM them over but I doubt our names are common. TheOtherTaylor TheOtherStephano Ricky (Don't really know him was just a random guy that was also abducted.) EDIT: Server was US 630 (I know this doesn't matter but I just want to be thorough.)

So yeah me and my pal were picking up a newbie-friend who wanted to get into DayZ. So we were heading through Komarovo and found maybe 60 bodies, 10 of which had the exact same gear consisting of G36C, GPS', NVGs, RangeFinder, Entrenching Tools. As we reached this site 2 people, who looked like newbies were sprinting in resulting in 3 deaths. At first we wanted to steer clear but our friend was actually in there and killed the 2nd guy- at the time we thought it was a hacker murdering people who wanted all the loot- we geared up with the hacked gear, cause why not?, and we headed to Kamenka. Upon reaching Kamenka's tree-lines I heard a crack. My friend hit the floor and I was taking spray-and-pray across the legs and my other friend was now gushing blood. We all died instantly by a slient-ish automatic rifle by a guy wearing a solider helmet named "Tyrant". I heard a helicopter earlier near Balota, and it actually flew over me. We found the giant pile of uber-equipped items and then got murdered instantly by a solider. Everyone involved: Me and my friends: Chuck TheOtherTaylor Glenn Newbies running around the spawnpile: geds - geds and wanker ran in together at full sprint, one guy died to zombies the other my friend killed Wanker NewYawk - some guy who ran in happy as hell to find loot and yelled friendly right away ??? - third guy can't recall the name but he had the nicest gear- it was a bunch of numbers/letters Guy who murdered us wearing a soldier-helm: Tyrant I'm not mad I lost the gear or anything, I was going to report later after our session was complete or I died, just sad I died so soon.
