Rotund-Shogun

So i was pedaling my bicycle around today and decided to give the NWAF a run through and to my surprise there was a huge wall in between the two tarmac sections of the strip. So naturally i decide to circle around it and see what it is, thinking that maybe it is some new construction thing for players to have fun with. the whole thing had to be at least 50X50m of double stacked large H-Barriers (wire mesh filled with dirt and rocks type of thing) with one section (facing SE i believe) of 2 or 3 wide where it was only one barrier high and inside are abunch of military tents and towers with cammo netting on them, there didn't appear to be any spawned in lootables but there was a dead body of Doug on an open area in the east corner (poor Doug BTW only had painkillers, flashlight and a hunting knife). it may also be worth noting that the whole thing from the outside is where my graphical tears were coming from till i flushed them. unfortunately i did not get any screenshots as i could not find the bind for it and for somereason "print screen" was not dumping the image to my clipboard.

Soooo just wondering if anyone knows whats up with the H-barrier military camp in the middle of the NWAF on US229? there is a dead body from doug trapped in there and alot of crazy tents and camoed up towers (had to server hop to get in and out) seriously it is a huge obstruction when camping the strip.
