I'm sorry for you having to take so much time to write all of that but... the majority of the points you made are already in progress (or even completed) for the Standalone, so you are going to see a lot of those items being inside the game.

That kind of script restrictions generally are given for misconfigured server files like "scripts.txt". If you receive that kind of error (#45 or similar) you can try uninstalling BattlEye directly from Steam and trying to download the latest version of the anticheat from their webpage. Basicaly this when I'm alone. If I'm with my crew I try to let him go if he doesn't do anything harmful to us.
