Yeah. Their model is kinda messed up. You gotta collect tin cans until one of them gives you the option to equip into your binocular slot. It's tricky, but trust me, once you find the right tin can it'll feel like Christmas!

If all the known vehicle spawns are empty on a server then clan(s) have probably already got them. Once a vehicle has been taken it will not spawn there again unless it's destroyed or despawns due to inactivity (approximately 7 days). People usually hide vehicles more North to avoid the high traffic areas between Cherno, Elektro, and Stary Sobor. I've come across several hidden vehicles North of Petrovka in the forest and along the entire width of the map to Pobeda Dam. Hope this helps. :)

Nah, hypothetically speaking. When I find a vehicle, I don't start repairs until I have all the parts since if I'm 1 part short, someone with said part could easily come along, repair it, and take it.

Not unless I steal it while you're trying to scavenge for more parts (which, I already have, of course). xD

Nononono that's Elektro. Cherno has a church at the far West end of the docks, not a TEC factory and office. If you spent more time in-game and less time on the forums, you'd know that. Just saying. xD

Nothing can be done about that. It's your word against his. You claim he reset it for his own self-gain and he'll deny it and say it's a coincidence. One of my friends owns a couple DayZ servers and (as much as I hate him doing it) he'll reset the server when it's convenient for him to do so with little to no warning. I've lost several vehicles when he abruptly restarts the server to "reset the item spawns". He'll even camp at the military barracks at NW airfield and keep resetting the server until NV goggles spawn. It's absolute bullshit. But what can you do? NOTHING! As a community, all you can do is boycott those servers and play somewhere reliable that has specific server restart times.

It's also possible that you logged off in a high traffic area. During the time it says "setup complete, please wait" your body is loaded and defenseless. For example, the top of the silos in Cherno is a popular sniper spot. When my group and I were sniping there, another player spawned into the game directly behind us (less than 5 meters away). I realize that killing someone while they're loading is a dick move HOWEVER it's necessary. If we would've waited until he had the opportunity to take a shot, it would've been a huge risk. On the other hand, some players find it enjoyable to kill players loading in the debug forest which I do not support and is against the rules. In the future, find a secure location to logout. Disconnecting in the middle of Cherno/Elektro/Military Barraks/etc. is asking for trouble when you reconnect.

I'm just gonna go ahead and call this a trap. Soooo many scumbags try to pull this one only for the good samaritan to walk straight into a bandit's cross hairs. Get a life. And if this is legit, join a clan or get real life friends to help rescue you. I've been stabbed in the back 3 times in the past couple days after helping complete strangers. I'm not falling for it again.

There's literally no way to escape. You need to click esc>respawn to get back into the boundaries of the map. And whatever you do, do NOT kill other players in the debug plains or you'll risk getting globally banned.
