When SS works its good but their support sucks, they have less then 4 people working for them. If you post and say you have more then why is it that the same 2 people respond to tickets but no one else? even on the simple ones. Hire more staff and you will keep customers, dont hire staff and you will be like HFB be for the standalone comes out.

Still having mysql issues (stuck on loading) anyone got any idea? i have set the database info but it still says the same error.

Check the blisshive log and let me know if it says a mysql error because thats what im getting now

earlier our server went down and now it wont connect to the database and the bliss.ini file has errors when clicking save. I have tried everything listed here but nothing works, ticket has been open for hrs with no reply. Anyone else have this issue?

I'm currently with HFB servers for my private hive, but they dont offer database access. So my question is anyone know of a good american host that provides full database access to private hive servers. ;)
