hey I havent played dayz in a couple months because of school and things. I had some free time yesterday and after i launched dayz commander i updated it and then i updated dayz and the arma beta. every time i try to join a server it just says bad version and i dont know what to do i even have battle eye updated. every sever i try to join i checked to make sure the versions were correct.

IT WORKED thank you.......... now if fell like a complete IDIOT that my solution was just click away also I have some beans that i owe you :)

Yes i have check the servers are running the standard dayz from what i can tell in their descriptions i have a filter on the server list so that only servers with the right version and dayz only show in the results

My friends killed a guy running around in circles in a field on server: us 316. A little while after they checked thier maps to see where they were. when they came back a ural had just ran them over... so far no hackers right? a ural is legit. well i logged in an met up with one of them and we went were they died. we found the body of the guy running around but we couldnt find thier bodies. after a little looking we seen the ural so i set up in a sniper spot over looking it and we waited for the enemy player to leave so me and my friend approached the ural and we seen a helicopter... now we know they are hacking and when we got close enough to the ural we seen it was a russian military ural... the only ural in the game is the blue civilian ural. we couldnt even get into the ural all we could do was save it and the helicopter was broke after a while of trying in vain to drive the ural we we being shot at by someone with a gun so he hid and tried to spot them there was no one around after a second and i banaged my wounded friend he was hit repeatedly by a invisible player or zombie ( note he only lost 200 blood each strike) we couldnt see anything hitting him so he tried to find them they then hit him again with this invisilbe player/zombie and broke his leg and got him down to 3000 blood he logged since he didnt want to be killed by some hacker i had gotton some distance from him and after he logged and nothing was anywhere near i logged also... does anyone else think that this beta build is broken? also my friend got it all on video and is now uploading to youtube so we can show the server owner later so he can check the logs

lol thats great but i just killed 3 people in a clan together and i got 2 kills of the kills with a hachet stole a coyote backpack of the the second got the bizon with 3 clips i then followed a 3rd guy i seen behind the hanger (i was at the bolota airfield) and i got the third with the bizon the guy got me down to 35 blood and the fourth logged cause he was scared. and i was only alivefor 2 minutes :P the clan was |TAW| 2 of them had this tag then the third i killed didnt and i never got the 4th's name
