Make sure you stop every 15 minutes (Rest and roleplay like your covering your tracks). When you want to log-out find a water source and set up camp.. Once you have looted a town/city never return as its got nothing of interest......

Private server, Happened to me also. First Time i logged into a private server i was like whats going on?? If you log into a public server you'll be ok, the gear will not spawn in with you..

I've also been to Green Mountain once, ascended up the tower darkness all around a heavy fog floating across the ground. I was on your server today, (HOT) House Of Towels. Everything was running great instant login and didnt have any problems. People have just got sick of hackers, so like "Ipurgepeople" said alot of players are playing on private servers.. But I'd login again even put ye in my notebook.... Cheers

Were you back at the coast with the starter backpack and fully geared with all tools..?? Because i joined a private server and had everything MK48 Mod 0, M9 sd and tool belt full aswel as backpack with food.. Didnt know what was going on.

I play lonewolf so I've only put up a tent once and I've been playing about 20 weeks on or off, hoarders dont bother me infact their hoarding has saved me a few times coming across their tents when i needed medical supplies or food....... Ya i think if vehicles are not used in 24 hours they get wiped, setting up camp off map it will be wiped on restart. The northern winds will just blow them away...

I'd have to agree, Dayz when it becomes a standalone should just add roaming hords of Infected and have them spawn in some parts of the forests. That would scare the shit out of ya, just like the video above apart from the beast???

Playstyles 1. Survivor's (Like to kill Infected + only kill defending themself) 2. Hero's (Help survivor's out + kill bandits) 3. Bandits (Are snipers/raiders + kill survivor's/Hero's) nothing wrong with that. 4. Deathmatcher's (This is the problem) Yes it is a sandbox/game and we all understand what that is ( you can go wherever you want and do whatever you want ). So the first 3 playstyles are what this game needs for it to evolve into the game we all want and hope the Dev's can achieve. Then we have this kos mentality, now if a hero comes across a bandit its kos and vise versa. Bandits shoot everything even other bandits, again there's nothing strange about this.Same with survivors who get surprised ( before they know it they've pulled the trigger). All 3 playstyles are suited to what this experiment is trying to achieve, PvE,PvP and even some Co-op. Now the last playstyle is the problem, because there was an invasion of this mentality which creeped into every core of this game and like everything else it had a profound impact which started of a "Domino Effect"...............

Had been looting NWAF didnt want to be there long.... Picked up M4A3 backpack open so put it in aswel. Old habbits, "everything in backpack"..

This is what i try and kit myself out with, till lost it all (Hacker) see below photo. But i like any of the M4's for my primary and the M1911 secondary if i cant get my hands on a M9...

Try the apartment blocks, thats were i come across them most of the time... Plus better chance of finding them with 3 buildings to loot..

You cant just ban players for picking up hacked weapons. Some players will know what weapons are legit and what is hacked, it comes down to the players themselfs if they want to use them.( I'd say 1 in 4 survivors playing now are running around with no-legit gear) Personally i wont use hacked in weapons, So a charactor wipe needs to come into play.....
