Wish i had held onto the satchel charge i found the other day on Namalsk, but had to drop it because i needed the slots for heat-packs. ( when taken on the snowy mountains ). That vid was just legendary... You sir get a thumbs up.

I personally dont mind playing in the dark, feel you get immered into the game more. Thats just me and i assume others find that 24/7 day time servers cater for people who finish school/collage/work and would like a few hours in-game where their not forced to play in the dark. Everybody to their own. Best thing is find a home-server that accommodates to the style of playstyle you perfer.

Try and hide out of sight and wait for them to enter, then over direct comms just shout "BOO". Three out comes : 1. They shoot you in the face. 75% of the time. 2. You scare the sh#t out of them and they run off. 10% of the time. 3. They find it funny and you've got a loot buddy. 15% of the time.

Unloaded 15 slugs from my trusty winchester into a "Rock" one time, thinking it was a sniper.( I even shouted over direct comms "to drop the gun" but got no reply ). But in all fairness it was late in the evening so was kind of hard to make out, but the funny thing is i actually shot a rock thinking it was a rabbit out hunting when i was about 12 years old IRL, God damn rocks.

I still like my cocktails with some alcohol, so if yourself and Mr.Hetstaine can find even 1 bottle of Jack full in Chernarus i'd be a happy camper.. This wasn't against anybody but myself, got cornered by Infected so i decided to throw a smoke grenade but unknowning to me i had selected a frag instead, it had bounced of the wall and straight back between my legs...... As General Anthony C. McAuliffe once said "Nuts".

My first adventure to Devils Castle came in from the east, all of a sudden i can hear automatic gunfire comming from the castle. So i lay low, next thing i see is 2 bandits leaving so i wait till the coast is clear. On entering the main part of the castle i come across 8 dead bodies all geared up to the hilt. I Start scavenging as fast as i can, thinking that the 2 bandits might be back for the loot. Got myself my very first NVG,Coyote backpack,GPS,MK48 Mod 0 and a shit load of ammo.............. So i dicide to leave fast heading for the tree-line, so its about 150 meters from castle to tree-line next thing "BANG"....... So a long story short easy come easy go. But at the time this is more like how my emotions were.

1.Chernarus. 2.Namalsk. 3. Panthera. Still haven't played on Lingor yet, was going to give it ago last week but never got around to it. :(

I'd say "Dallas" just covered everything that needs to be said on this subject. But he did leave out disconnecting when you come up against the most deadliest thing in DayZ ( The Killer Ladders and Doors ).

Its all about Namalsk at the moment, i also find Panthrea to be a good map.. On Namalsk food and other survival things can be hard to scavenge, but weapons spawn everywhere. Some gaurd towers can have up to three different guns at any given time (It's a little much). So getting a weapon isn't the problem its the survival aspect..

All done. Whenever its finished post the results for us to have a look at. Cheers

I drink all the Jack Daniels in Chernarus sometimes with coke ( if it's around ). Its gotten so bad that i start to shake involuntarily and my vision seems to get worse every now and then. Think i might have a problem, but everytime i try an talk about it people just shoot me..???

To be honest it not a bad investment getting Arma CO, because with all the new maps it will be money well spent. But thats up to yourself. About the standalone release there is alot of talk about December as "Crimly" pointed out, but i hope Rocket and the Devs release it when they're happy with it...

It's hard being the nice guy and i admire you're conviction, as for "aftershave" you seem to lack the capacity to fully understand the point the OP was making. That not everybody runs around wanting to KOS rather try and form ingame alliances which can bring out the best experience ingame....
