You are Adharma, you are making up for the damage you have done. Prove your not and I will concede defeat. -

So many questions need answering on this thread need answering? Is the OP telling the truth, is Adharma for real? Did he run any of these servers? Is he also Shinfo? -

If this really is that Adharma guy. I am ashamed of him, really. I can't even begin to express the shame and idiocy he has brought to his server and the forum. Normally in this case if a genuine admin replied to this thread, they would sort the issue out, maye pm the guy and see if the kicking was accidental. In this case the Adharma guy has chosen to be a dick about it, and there's no going back from that. He should be blacklisted. This is a good lesson in how NOT to run a server. And how NOT to treat the community. -

Surely this is decent evidence for a server blacklist, just when you thought this guy couldn't be any more of an asshole he comes up with "hitler-rocket". Admins have to abide by rockets rules, simple, and you outright insult him and his rules. You have also yet to deny the OP's claims. -

This thread is brilliant. With every post the admin makes he reveales how much more of a douchebag he is, i wonder if anyone else he runs the server with is aware of what he is doing? Literally taking a massive dump on his servers credibility. And how is the OP "entitled" all he wants is to play on a server and not be the victim of admin abuse. Someone get this guy a dictionary. Let's keep this thread alive. Adharma, I look forward to every negative post against you, the fat phuck one was classic. -
DE7 Huge Camp on Skalisty Island! Raid/Destroy it! (pics inside)
SwitchBlayd replied to Island_Man's topic in DayZ Mod General Discussion
If you did that, then your a legend mate. Should have fraps'd + youtube'd it all. I wish there was some way in this game of leaving a permanent message in this game, empty and destroy someone's camp, then just leave a note on a tree saying "u mad bro?" lol. -
One thing that is ruining this mod
SwitchBlayd replied to chvz144's topic in DayZ Mod General Discussion
No. Hackers are rare, alt f4's are a dime a dozen. Preventing alt f4 cowards is possible and beneficial to the game. Preventing hackers is impossible and fighting them is an endless task. -
I once was playing DayZ, doing my thing, when the screen went black, everything on the server started typing "wtf" in chat, everyone on the serve spawned in a field. Some of us spawned as goats, goats that we could control. Some of us spawned as people in ghillie suits, and there was a chopper spawned. I quit the server as I didn't want to be in a hacked server. I joined another server, and I spawned back in the spot before the hack, and I spawned with a ghillie suit on, with all my stuff still there. Lucky huh?

So the main issue prevalent on these forums is the whole KoS issue. And how that cant be avoided for players who may want to team up with strangers (people like these exist). Now personally im a KoS person as i've been on the receiving end of KoS strangers numerous times and it was the only way to play and survive successfully. So heres an idea. A white flag, or ceasefire, so say two players meet, lets call them player A and B. Neither player wants to KoS but wants to team up, but of course neither player trust the other player and truly believes eaches intentions. They are both behind cover and are wary the other player may want to kill them (that old "friendly" thing in dc chat is often a lie). So player A can somehow click the other players name or type /friendly or /whiteflag or something into dc. This will send an offer from Player A to Player B. If Player B accepts Payer A's offer, neither can attack each other, and if they decline, both players know that they are hostile. Thus a teaming up aspect is introduced, whilst keeping banditry if one player so wishes to. Similar to how people in real life (like in the walking dead tv show for example) can just lay down there weapons and put there hands up to show they are not hostile. Just an idea, i'm sure it will have some flaws but just looking to get an idea of what you guys think.

White Flag? Ceasefire? (Stop KoS)
SwitchBlayd replied to SwitchBlayd's topic in DayZ Mod General Discussion
I wholeheartedly agree with you. My aspiration with this game is simple. Make it as realistic as possible in every aspect, as long as it does not detract from the gameplay. For example having to find a tin can opener to open your tin cans would be very realistic, it would also negatively affect the gameplay so I am against it. As an example, improving zombie AI and numbers would make it more realistic for me, seriously I can't think of any zombie movie or situation that involves like 5 zombies in a town, lol. I know the analogy with movies is stupid, but I would like hordes, of slower moving zombies who can attack while moving, and who dont teleport around me. This would promote teamwork I think. As yeah get would be easier to kill, but people would be less trigger happy about wasting all their gun magazines just to thin the herd. I understand the whole "it's only alpha" blah blah blah, I don't expect to have this implemented during alpha or anything, just if there was one change from alpha to going gold, this would be what I want. -

My idea is not to prevent any of those suggestions at all, as it only benefits those players with good intentions, whereas your intention is to be an asshole, something I sure you have a great affinity with. Furthermore I would like to point out that yes, you could waste your day pestering your partner, or you could just kill them before you accepted their ceasefire, thus you would not need to waste your whole day "luring" them to your friend. -

I already answered this a few pages back. So stop being such an "Internet badass" and read. I said that it was a clever idea, but there are 2 flaws, the first the most major. And that is if you intent to kill this "victim" your luring, why go through the arduous process of according their friend request, and then walking them all the way to your friend? Why not just kill them there and then like a bandit, no need to enter into an alliance with them. The second issue is bringing these "victims" to your friend is putting him in danger, he could kill your friend. -

Yeah I made this point a while back, some aesthetic way of recognising friendlies/enemies. As we all know rocket removed the skins, citing introduction of customisable skins to replace it. But tbh they haven't even introduced the feature yet. Which is kind of ridiculous. "Oh hey nice bike, ill just take that off you, don't worry I'll give you a customisable bike". "So, where's my customisable bike then?". "Dunno lol" -

You know something in the game is broken when "killing everyone" is the only solution. Why would people actually do that? If there were a zombie apocalypse, groups would form, people wouldn't b lonewolfing "killing newbs". Seriously groups would form and they would be protective of each other. And the whole "play with your friends" aspect is irrelevant, as groups could often be complete strangers. Which is more exciting I think. I don't want to hold anyone's hand, it's not "arcadey". The majority of this game is arcadey. We all look identical, really like 2 character models with diff colour shirts? We can carry half a damn helicopter in our backpacks. -

Completely agree with you mate. This guy who constantly says he's against hand holding yet the game is full of it! What about gun jams? What about the fact I can "chat" to people across the map, is that too "gamey" for you guys? No? Why don't we force 1st person on all servers, let's have limited sprint, exhaustion, let's take this shit to the max ey fellas, the game is built on hand holding AROUND the whole experience, I mean it's still a video game guys. -

This idea is in plenty of games. They are called "allies" "friendlies", sometimes "guilds" or "clans" have you heard of them? These are implemented to allow "teaming up" a radical idea in a zombie apocalypse I know, but sometimes you have to think outside the box... /sarcasm. -

It only removes friendly fire for people who accept it. I'm getting bored of this moron. You can still get killed by everyone else. And plus I'm not even set on the remove friendly fire thing as I previously said. Something else maybe that rocket was going for. Just a start to the idea nothing more. Please stop being one of these classic Internet trolls who just is a moron for no reason. This game is currently Call of Duty free for all on a big map. -

Furthermore it seems like rocket wants fan feedback and suggestion, yet when people make them he simply replys with a reply that can be summarised as "fuck off this is my game not yours this is my experiment do the fucking rest yourselves" -

How the hell does it remove risk, if that player was planning to kill me he wouldn't accept the request. And good on you for making friends in game mate. At least it will make up for the fact you have none in real life. Someone get this guy a medal. -

Jesus does the guy have to swear in every post. I didn't really understand his reasoning behind removing bandit skins, he just cited some "numbers" proving the skins didn't "fit their purpose". Doesn't this quote suggest the skins had a "purpose" it was an attempt to quell the whole bandit thing, so rocket has actually tried. -

What someone suggested earlier, a time limit, that they can both choose to extend, and if you have no interest in it anymore, then you should have not accepted it in the first place. -

Yeah the no damage thing can definatly be improved/edited. I made the suggestion do others could make there's and improve it so they wish. It's disheartening when people seem to think the aim of the game is to "acquire sick guns and kill newbs". People who reject the idea of teamwork must have no real friends. And can someone please tell me rockets reasoning behind removing the bandit skin? It was a good idea. Maybe the more kills you amass the more your char skin changes, so you know who the real psycho's are.
