    I have thought this through, when those 5 players would have seen you whenever such a system would be around, they would probably not have engaged you therefor removing the problem itself.

    There is no way for detecting personal defense.. so aguess if you were to kill 20 survivors it would take you 200 minutes to respawn, if they were bandits you wouldn't get punished for killing them.

    Well yeah, but you must realize that by adding such a system you probably wouldn't kill 1 survivor every day and because you would think twice before doing so.
  4. Hi guys, So, I am pretty sure all of you guys have experienced that moment when you walk around a corner, see another guy, and get shot in the face... And yes, I am aware of the fact that this is just part of the gameplay in DayZ. But what about a system that would increase the time it would take a person to respawn, depending on the amount of murders they committed with there other character. Lets say I kill 2 survivers and would die. Then it would take me 20 minutes (just an example, in this case 10 minutes per murder) before I could respawn and start a new character. This way people would think twice about killing another survivor and they wouldn't just shoot on sight, but yet at the same time people are still allowed PvP if they want too and are not punished in a way that feels unrealistic so to say. I would appreciate some feedback on the idea.
