    If you have an AMD Card, then Catalyst should have a video compressor on it. Not sure how effective it is.

    Boat In The Water

    Yes it will run it on High+. I'm currently running on high with: * AMD Phenom II x4 955 * 4 GB Ram * AMD Radeon 6870

    Good guys finish last on Day-z sadly.

    RAM should be good. CPU should be good. GPU should be good. You should be able to run Medium settings at least. Not sure about anything higher though.

    I'll just sum one of mine up. Walk into house with mate. We check all of the rooms. I try to get out of one of the rooms, but my mate is blocking me. So I say "Do you mind getting out of the way of the door".     ...or make it so you can hold them at gunpoint, take ALL their clothes, and then leave them naked and depressed.

    Make sure that in the advanced graphics settings that everything is Low/Disabled.....especially anti aliasing. Also that website lies, to play arma II at any decent fps you pretty much need a mid-range pc.

    I would say your CPU and Graphics Card may be the source of the problem.

    I know your pain.... me and my mate were just about to put the finishing touches on our first vehicle and then the maintenance happened. I hope our progress doesn't get effected.

    Yer I find this too with my friend.......his character is Male and mine is Female, he he seems to always travel faster.
