We base ourselves of the US military but are an international clan, with having members from Europe, Asia and throughout America. (IAF) uses many military tactics in our gameplay, from unconventional warfare to special reconnaissance and many more. (IAF) offers a large MOS selection to our members and also use military training and tactics in all our MOS. - Recruit Process - All new members to the (IAF) are required to under go recruit training. Recruit training takes up to one week to complete and also requires new members to complete certain tasks. To apply for the (IAF) you must place an application in our recruitment section http://www.theiaf.en...ewforum/2080726 and you will receive a response shortly after and under go a interview on our teamspeak. - Before recruits play with the Day Z team, they are required to be on probation for one week, and must attend training to complete their probation period. - If the officers and NCO's decide that the recruit did poorly in training, they may discharge them from the unit or have the recruit retake the training to showsigns of improvement. - All recruits are required to have the following programs installed: Teamspeak 3; Arma 2 OA, Day Z, and Six Updater (For Mods), Day Z Commander (Optional). - (IAF) Handbook - The (IAF) handbook goes into detail of what is expected of a member and alos gives all information a new recruit needs to know about the clan. The handbook goes covers things like courtiesies, servers, training, promotions, uniforms and more. It is important that all new members read the (IAF) book. ROE also appears in a variety of forms such as, executing orders, deployment orders, operational plans, or standing directives. Whatever their form, they provide authorisation for and/or limits on, among other things, the use of force, the positioning and posturing of forces, and the employment of certain specific capabilities.
