just wanted to give some BIG props to jackwhitter (wooDy). not only did he repair my broken leg, but a few minutes later after we split up he found a downed chopper and sent me a message with the coordinates. absolutely awesome!!

ok, gonna be a few minutes though. i gotta get my kids to bed first...

ok, i just tried a different server and i was back in the deer stand with a broken leg... wtf? i'm at 48, 107 just outside of Koslovka

well, lol, nevermind... i just logged in to confirm where i was and i've lost my guy. it started me all over...

need morphine for a broken leg thanks to a Z that hit me as i was climbing a deer stand ladder. not sure how this works. i'm not currently in-game and don't really have a preferred server. please PM. Thanks!!

just tested 4 other servers and my load times have all been just a few seconds.

i just turned off Malwarebytes and my load time went from a couple minutes to about 20 seconds. i play on the same server each time so it was definitely Malwarebytes causing the delay. i also read in another forum that a lot of people were getting bad lag and low fps while running Malwarebytes. i would try turning off any AV software you have to see if that helps

my load times are also very long but not anywhere close to 5-10 minutes. i would say around 2-3 max. i just got the game a few days ago and still alt-tab out each time i load a game to make sure it didn't freeze (never has so far). i think it might have to do with my AV software (Malwarebytes) as i keep getting a "blocked suspicious activity" message about arma2oa.exe and gslist.exe. i've added both files to the "ignore" list but still get warnings. it seems that after i get the popup message from Malwarebytes the game starts within seconds. my specs: DSL 12MB down; .65 up i7 920 @ 4.01ghz with hyper-threading on 12gb DDR3 1600 GTX 670 128gb M4 SSD Win 7 Pro x64 (UAC turned off)
