Are you looking for a group (or some friends)? 16+

Yeah, good group! (Feel to urge to backstab sometimes, but hey.)

    Graphic Issue

Same here; 2.5 didn't fix the graphic glitch at least for me.

    Hotfix Build 1.7.2.5 Rolling Update

It appears to be an actual change. There're more, and more violent, i.e. do more damage/break your bone faster (unsure). And they run a little slower and more consistently. It's easier to hit them.

    Hotfix Build 1.7.2.5 Rolling Update

Alright, I played with the new patch 1.7.2.5 and latest beta. We went from NE airfield to NW airfield, passing Devil's Castle. When we approached NW airfield, I got the glitch, though not as bad as it used to be. It just filled the sky, and it was much smaller; just around the things which caused the graphics glitches. A new glitch came though; it was a white one; looking like snow. Sourcing from destroyed tanks, as far as I was able to see it. The new zombie behaviour is awesome though.

    Thanks for the heads-up.

    Hotfix Build 1.7.2.5 Rolling Update

I've read it on the forum, and it got suggested to me, though not really explained. I believe I've read that it could "fuck up" your graphics. I think the tone is on could, because if it runs fine for you, it doesn't seem to be fatal to not have it at 100%.Even though I believe that this can produce or solve the GFX artifacting too. I am not sure though. So sorry if I can't explain, I just felt sharing what was told to me. Might be something true with it, or not. I think I/we should search the forums.

The 3D resolustion should always match your normal resolution (100%).

Gear doesn't stay when changing servers

Maybe you picked up that stuff on a non-HIVE server, i.e. a sanctuary server, which doesn't store your stuff world-wide. Otherwhise: what Anti said.

    1.7.2.4. to 1.7.2.5

I had trouble updating too. Use Play withSIX program, it runs along with Six Launcher- and Updater. Here's the post by the official of SIX Network: http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/67383-hotfix-build-1725-rolling-update/page__st__1260#entry665631 How I did it: Download and install Play withSIX, start it, choose DayZ and your favorite/home/whatever server. Click Install. Wait a little, then you can click Play! It works like a charm for me. I'll use Play withSIX until Six Launcher will update DayZ. Just don't run Six Launcher and Verify afterwards. It'll reset DayZ to 2.4, and you'll have to Install via Play withSIX all over again.

    Hotfix Build 1.7.2.5 Rolling Update

Works like a charm. I installed this prog. next to Six Launcher and Six Updater. Launched Play withSIX, chose DayZ and my home server, installed, and clicked Play. Awesome! (Just don't let DayZ Verify by Six Launcher then, because it'll reset DayZ to 2.4, and you'll have to "Install" via Play withSIX again.)I'll take Play withSIX then until the Six Launcher updates DayZ.

    Hotfix Build 1.7.2.5 Rolling Update

If I update DayZ manually with copy/pasting all the files into the @DayZ\addons directory, will I be able to launch DayZ with the Six Launcher, even though it still shows 2.4? Because, as of now, the Six Launcher still doesn't update DayZ.
  12. I'm sorry that this is the first experienced you made. I hope you recover and have a most hacker-free time in DayZ. Unfortunately, I can't help you if you're on an island. I/we have no boats and swimming will cause you to loose gear/backpack/etc.

    Bugged Controls

OK, I fixed it. I just moved the Flashlight (Military) to my side arm and back to my tool belt.
