False alarm. So DayZ Commander shows the server as not responding with 10000ms. If you joined the server anyways it's fine, it's up and running. Oh and I have both of my precious vehicles, so....false alarm again...

Yeah, I'm hoping to god that's not the case, because I logged in earlier this morning while it was pitch black out, and I couldn't find either my van or off-road pickup. Was assuming I was disoriented in the dark, but now I'm worried I just lost two fucking vehicles. Also, the server is down for me again, so it's hard for me to verify that I just got raped.

Yeah, honestly, I'm not sure what your lag problem was, but it was taking me a extended period of time to login to the server when it is full. If there is only 20 or so players though, it should not take that long to load.

Yes!!! Thanks JeffCraig...I mean JeffAllenCraig!!! Damn that new patch really made the server popular, completely full right now. If I may ask, what kind of server tweaks do you mean?

Yeah, I doubt that it updates to the latest patch. Pretty sure the owner purposefully runs the server on older more stable builds, although it has been on 94876 for awhile now. Last time the server was supposed to restart and update to the latest patch it went down 15 minutes after the regularly scheduled restart and didn't come back up for like 2 hours. Of course it restarted right after I found a freshly spawned heli crash with my buddy, GRRRRR! Luckily all was not lost, we were able to commandeer a van from scrubs that were driving by the NW airfield, but it restarted before we could really loot the crash site. Anyways, I think this might be the case of an absentee owner. Come back JeffCraig! I swear I won't make fun of your two first names anymore! Just please.......revive the server! I've car-jacked too many people on your server to go elsewhere!!!

Yeah, no, it had more to do with the fact that they drove directly down the runway of NW airfield, which for the reasons you just stated would be stupid and suicidal.

Haha...he removed the video. He must be taking it down to edit out the combat disconnect. That's almost smooth, if smooth is posting a video of something you think everyone will think is awesome, just to have people hate you for another reason entirely.

No, but I did find a crash site on server restart at NW airfield earlier this morning. As my buddy and I scouted the site out, a van with two scrubs drove by it and parked in the tree stands north of the airfield. I had my buddy go steal their van while I secured the crash site and I subsequently killed both of them as they were sneaking up on the heli. The interesting thing is this happened like 10 minutes after server restart, and it seemed like they knew the crash site was going to be there just the way they were behaving. Might have been coincidence, who knows, we were there looking for engine and fuel tank parts for an ATV near by. Just never seen someone drive a vehicle so brazenly through the NW airfield, then loop around the north end and park it. They were probably just scrubs with a van, but then again they were both decked out with gear too. Oh, the kicker is the server restarted about 10 minutes after I killed both of them so it could apply a new beta patch. That made me....exceedingly angry. Although it was softened by the blow of stealing their van full of gear.

Wow, the fact that you actually posted a combat disconnect is fail on so many levels. What I'm trying to say is you're terrible at this game.
