Check this out peeps! A little late but a good vid nonetheless for the noobs. I finally got a sniper gear setup so first thing I figured was Id make a video explaining how to zero your sniper rifle. Zeroing your scope is a good use of your gear to pick off survivors and roof top bandits on the fly without having to use your mil dots and guesstimate bullet drop. If you found it useful, please leave a like! PS. cant post videos here? WHats the tag if so?

Stuck on loading has only been a bad issue for me since the new Dayz Files came out. I get into about 20% of rooms if that or it will just stall out on loading.

The prolem stems from the beta patch(arma2) not the Dayz Files.

If i dont trust someone but I dont want to kill them. KNee cap them and leave a morphine for them a house away. They can crawl to it but they wont be able to pursue. -
So if I find an AFK heacker in a bush and I take his as50 and bike while hes not looking and go to town with it. Battle eye will flag me and watch me ?

I dont know man. Ive been in a few servers today and they are all impressing me and only get better and better and now IM running well over 60 frames a sdecond and it looks... perfect. in towns, many many zombies... last week I couldnt even hit cherno without losing all hope. NOw im heading there to see how it flows. Everything else though is AMAZING! Like it should be.

Ill do more extensive research but after logging on today ... into 3 or 4 different servers to see if it was a fluke... Everything is running pretty good. Im right outside of a big city so Ill venture into and see how my fps does but right now (after weeks of LOW FPS ) im seeing some fluid fps movement in a small town with 15 zombies chasing me. You guys are doing something right on the inside :)

Yep latest patch brought this on. airfield. silos. few other places have this issue. -
Its not your gear. Its the combination of settings and servers. The Ai and polygons in cities are overwhelming for some setups. Try putting all your settings on normal, hiking your shadow to high. video memory defualt. AA off. make the interface and 3d resolution the same and the native res that your screen is. Also. I was playing on widescreen because my monitor is but I put it down to 4:3 aspect ratio and that helped. If this problem persists check all the tactics on using RAMDisc and launch options.
