Yeah that was a hacker's doing -
This is pretty much it. The killing of other players is pretty much the only thing to do in the game, as the zombies don't present anywhere near enough of a challenge and surviving on food is very very easy as well

While we're at it, rocket should implement horrific colon damage as a result of a diet based entirely on beans and soda

I'm pretty sure implementing arm bands into dayZ would be very very difficult. The arma engine has a really hard time with skins as it is, and thats why there are so many issues with picking up alternative costumes at the moment. Trying to add pieces of clothing on is not something the engine can do easily

Destroyed vehicles respawn at server restart. However, it will no longer be yours, not will it be found necessarily where you found it -

With a 1911 or Revolver as a sidearm, the CZ50 is MORE than enough to use to fight zombies and players. I know this from experience -

The bandit idea was a flawed one to begin with. Having bandit skins introduced the idea of a "bandit class" or "playstyle." Such a thing does not exist. People only do things because they can, not because they want to play a certain class -
Apparently there is a new bug going around where sometimes you spawn halfway underground, which leads to severe damage

As of a patch or two ago, I know that bodies are supposed to stick around for about 15 minutes. Could be the same for loot piles -
