    Other than prestige and a bit of fun faffing about in a car with mates, I don't really see the appeal. It's basically a big target that makes a ton of noise and is a bitch to upkeep. As I said, they are fun to bang around in for a while but the risks and the effort to maintain them isn't worth it unless you are in a big, dedicated group.

    He wanted your bandages and painkillers obviously. Once i couldn't find any painkillers for a couple of days for some reason and my screen was shaking like mad, I'd of shot you too for your starter gear. (meager as it was). It's nothing personal.

    They are the one legit reason to server hop, imo. It's intensely frustrating to make your way to the NW barracks only to find some griefer has blocked the door. They serve no purpose except griefing and should be removed.

    Mine plays it at very high at 1080p with no problems. But even at it's best looking, Arma2 is an ugly, ugly game. Except for the vehicles, they are rendered quite nice. Compare it to Skyrim HD or any AAA FPS and the graphics are pretty low par, but the gameplay more than makes up for the lacklustre graphics.

    The need for finding firewood is inane and adds nothing to the game. It should just be assumed that firewood in the form of deadfall is readily available EVERYWHERE. I like hardcore elements but requiring firewood or a hatchet to harvest it from LIVE TREES? is ridiculous and should be scrapped next patch.

    I literally had chills running down my spine reading that helicopter extraction story. Emergent gameplay at it's absolute finest. I want to run with you guys, mule, medic, defender; whatever.

    Hey, Vancouver player myself. I would gladly pay a monthly fee to play on a locked, mature server. PVP? no problem. Could just do without the morons you find in the pubs.

    Hi guys, I started playing Saturday night, and well I'm hooked. I've been having a blast soloing but want to find a more permanent home for my character. I want to team up with some like-minded people and loot, bring justice to murderers and well, SURVIVE. I do tend to play late at night, at least during the week due to work so I suppose any US/Canada based groups would do.
