The newest 102591 is my OA version and i launch with that when using both dayz commander and arma 2 launcher, and I have no problems playing on any servers with it. If you need to have 1.62.95248 to play on that server you are talking about and others you could just use that version when playing there and then download a new one for dayz and go back and forth betwen those. I own CO with steam and i don't have this problem at all, I havn't even ticked that box "Overwrite OA files with Beta so Steam works". if i want to launch another mod or a whole bunch of mods combined i just use ArmA 2 launcher (it's a custom launcher) or someting similar to that. First thing, you don't want to run dayz at very high settings, it doesn't even look better and just messes with your system. I have textures on high, anistoptic filtering on high and FXAA-sharp filter high. It Looks really good and things like post processing and shadows aren't really necessary and just draws alot (except shadows doesn't affect as much as post processing). Second thing, I have a Dell XPS 15 laptop and with those settings mentioned i get 30-45 fps constantly, so are you sure you want to buy an alienware unless you got a really good deal on it? My laptop was around 900 dollars or 650 euro (where i live our prices are roughly 200 dollars more expensive so if you live in the US that would be around 700.) and i thought it was a great deal and it works really well on all the latest games except i can't run games like bf3 on high/ultra with good performance : P

Havn't the raw meat eating and blood bag blood type already been implemented in the latest patch? (though it doesn't say that it just says " can possbily cause infection" when using a blood bag).

Remove the RAM line and use Default ram ingame. Also you should be getting more fps but the only thing i can say is download the newest drivers and lower your resolution because that could be your problem, if not just try and search your problem until you find better assistance ^^ Also disable ATOC :P and texture and anistoptic filtering can be on high
