I mainly KoS any armed player that comes too close to me. I've had too many backstabs in the past to trust anyone anymore. Example following. Looting church in Electro. Hear walking outside closed door. Point my gun at the door. Guy comes in running away from zombies, yells" DON'T SHOOT DON'T SHOOT FRIENDLY!!!". Chill, turn my back to the door and continue looting. Guy shoots me in the head and says "Dude, you didn't say anything..."

I would put the wreck in one of those 2 places. Topography suggests shallow water and underwater ridges in either of those spots.

Those people playing private hives with custom loadouts and 200+ vehicles really ought to play wasteland, because that's all it is really if all you want is a deathmatch. I you want to have a fun DayZ survival game I suggest you try DayZ Origins, many servers out there, uses one of the best huge map, what is most like what DayZ used to be.

Dude, you must be new to DayZ. First off, those tin cans were around the medical box, you need to clear them from around the box to access it. Second, the alice pack. You need to pick up everything around it to be able to take it as well. Also, you picked up the assault pack without even transferring your other backpack's content, and lost everything in it. You need to understand the game before you try to get an audience, your gameplay footage is very amateur. Except for the zombie skin, nothing in your gameplay even suggests that you are a cannibal. I don't see what the point is.

Your Arma II / DayZ Commander starts with administrator privileges, you have to start your mouse customization software as an administrator as well, I was having the same problem until I found out why. Press Ctrl-Shift-Esc, find your mouse software executable, open the executable location. Then close the process, go where the executable is, right-click it and in properties go to compatibility. Check the box that says "Run this program as an administrator". You will need to start it manually when you reboot from now on because it can't run as admin by itself on startup. Hope this helps.

When setting video to low or very low, some of the rendering is transfered to the CPU instead of the GPU, so players with a better graphic card than processor will actually get a drop in framerate. Setting to low or very low only helps the players who have a very crappy graphics card.

What is the difference between a bandit and a coward? At least 300m. Ba-Dum Tish. Now more seriously. The way I play the game, I could possibly be thought of as a coward, but I don't think I am. When I spawn on the coast, I usually head for the nearest city, Chernogorsk, Electrozavodsk or Berezino, depending where I spawn. There I grab basic supplies and a backpack if possible, and head for the northern part of the map, NWAF, Stary Sobor or NEAF. I try to gear up the best I can, THEN I find a spot to snipe from, pick a fight here and there, move from east to west and back and I do my thing. I never go back to the coast all geared up and kill fresh spawns, that's just no fun at all. I kill players who made their choice of going north and those players have to expect being shot at when exploring these areas. That's my opinion. If you go north and don't expect a fight, you're not prepared and have no business there.

Those servers have had a script injected in them from a hacker, the servers are not griefing you, the hackers that messed up the server is. That last "death on spawn" script I've seen often on the server I'm an admin on, only a server restart will fix it.

I'm all for the spray can idea, but it would have to be preset images/text. You'd have to right-click the spray can in your inventory and then it would say "Spray surface", then your inventory would close and there would be a spraying animation about as long as bandaging and you would roll your mousewheel to choose the desires image/text. Stuff like an "X", "HELP", Arrows poiting < ^ > v. That would be very useful.

The things I go for first is a set of AT LEAST 2 bandages 2 painkillers 2 morphines 1 epi-pen 2 food items 2 drink items. The rest is mostly weapons, ammunition and fluff like smoke grenades. Those come in handy at chopper crashes. When I get a decent sniper, I go to camp places players go to often like the NEAF or NWAF. I don't go back south because bambi hunting is no fun.

You either play on empty servers all the time or you're lying, no way you survived 129 days. After 3 months you should already know what private hives are, mostly because a good bunch of them have become private servers in the past 3 months. I request a screenshot of you logging in and showing your day count.

Servers connected to the main hive will save the same character across all servers. If you join a server with a PRIVATE hive, the character you play is only saved on THAT particular server.

AS50 takes both Nato mags AND M107 mags, M107 doesn't, WHY????

You mentioned a ghillies, there used to be a bug around that would remove your backpack when put on, I don't know if it's still around I thought it had been fixed.

I think mostly everyone would agree the AS50 is the best sniper. It has zeroing, a dual zoom scope, takes both M107 and Nato mags which gives you an edge when trying to find ammo for it. Also the damage makes it a one-shot kill. With that I would say that for CQB either a M14 Aim, FN Fal or AKM would be the best to carry as they pack a punch that will insure you take down your target on a hit. When I want to be stealthy, I carry a SVD Dragunov, a M4A1 CCO SD and a M9 SD.

What do you mean spawn as "admin"? Private hives have admins that use third-party programs to administrate their servers, but everyone is just a regular player in game. Threre's no such thing as spawning as "admin", being a server admin doesnt give you special power, unlike hackers.

Those images are night time images, it's EXACTLY what it's like in DayZ during night time. If the time reference you are talking about is from DayZ commander or some other browser, they are most of the time wrong to lure players in. Go back and open your watch, check the time again. It's night time. Also, that last screenshot is what it would look like if it wasn't night time, time is not rendered when you quit that is why you are seeing it lit up.

Navigate to: (x):\Users\(Username)\AppData\Local\ArmA 2 OA\BattlEye Delete BEClient.dll before starting the game. It will be reinstalled upon joining a server. A lot faster than reinstalling or doing a rollback.

I personally can't stand the holo sight. It impedes shooting at long range because it's too obtrusive, and if you have a heavy light source in your back the sight just becomes useless.

(That's imposible you cannot be updating your game files while playing/ C'est impossible tu ne peux mettre a jour le fichier du jeu en jouant.) I didn't understand what it was at first. The day after I saw messages that there were bans becaus of that update. That is why I am asking to be un-banned.
