No the CD key should work a set number of times you should be fine to reinstall the game after the format.

Crawl to the barracks and all the military spawns in the airfield as they have a decent chance of spawning morphine I find at least a few injectors any time i go there. Also under trees can be risky especially when you press M as it makes you stand to crouch position which if your standing up through an object you shouldn't be moving through nasty things happen.

Well another rage thread about it is not going to solve the issue use the search function I have explained ways to resolve and temporarily fix the issue already in several posts. The devs are working hard to get the game set up for the standalone and working hard on the 1.7.3 patch at the moment it will literally just need you to be a little more patient and a little less "copy pasta rage thread" to get the issue solved. Also I would like to point out this is an alpha bugs happen get over it.

Hahaha that was a problem my friend had I have a video of him getting out of it if you want me to load it up on youtube but he basially looked down the way looked like his body was going into the ground and BAM he was out of the ground !

Just for future reference if you come across and manage to kill a hacker you wont get banned for looting his equipment you didnt spawn it into the game but by finding it its fair game for you to take :)

You don't actually need the trench tool to build up sandbags unless that is for building the ones that are u shaped haven't figured how to make those yet.

I believe this is a problem with different versions of arma and dayz to the server I would suggest updating to the newest version of Arma beta and dayz and find a server that has both of those as well then load in and die if you can (jump on a grenade starve or what ever you can) then reload on that same server and you should be fine.

Right click on your desktop and the are options for sorting and arrangin icons take a look at what is enable clicking any of them will re-arange your icons be warned.

Yes this looks like some scripts being run to make a character invisible to cause someone to dance I see some vehicle spawning and some scripts im just not even bother to look up what they could be but some hackers had a great time on the server :)

You will spawn standing on the road if the bike is still there you will be beside it but someone probably robbed it by now.

umm not really sure what even is this ? but try running dayz at the same resolution as your desktop runs at the native resolution also make sure desktop icons auto arrange option is not ticked.

Ok that card is a little underpowered try these settings Terrain Detail Normal Video Memory Low Anisotropic Filtering low Antialising disabled Atoc Disabled Terrain detail Normal Object Detail Very Low Shadow Quality Disabled HDR Quality Normal PPAA Disabled Postprocess effects Disabled Put interface resolution to your monitors native and 3d resolution to the same as interface. Edit: Also make sure the graphcis drivers are the most recent that really will make a huge difference if there out of date check Nvidias website rather then the card supplied such as MSI or Asus.

Well firstly the German dxdiag you showed does not give us your graphics card please let us know what graphics card you have also running in windowed mode will give you less fps and all your texture settings are very high which wont be good if you cant even run AA or shadows and that so lets just start by giving me your graphics card and we will work form there ? Edit: Just incase you are not aware if you click the display tab on dxdiag you an take a screen cap of it like the one with the system info I could help you out a lot more. It will give all the driver info and the cards name and model.

That sir is a graphical bug caused by some items in the game most recently dead soilders some tank traps and barbed wire fences. You have few options to resolve it in game. You can try changing your video memory to high and then down to default. This resolves it until the game has to redraw those graphics again such as when you go out of range and come back to the place where you saw it before. You can hit escape and hold shift then tap the - key on the numpad and type flush this will cause your screen to go black and give you the message receiving you may need to do this 2 or 3 times to fully flush the graphic memory and resolve the issue. You can restart the game exit it fully right out to windows. Finally some people say disabling threaded optimization in your graphics cards main control panel will resolve the issue. Hopfully one of theses will suit you and hopfully the issue will be resolve in future patches. :)

Very nice flanking maneuver there when they have the advantage the only thing is to run away and flank around them. Most guys are not tactically minded and wont move after shooting you. Also congrats on not being an alt-f4 noob like most dayz players these days. I took a shot at a sniper in cherno today attracted some zombies who got a hit on me and caused me to bleed. I decided my best option was to run for it when suddenly two guys come out of the bushes guns blazing one had an M4a1 the second had an MK 48. Luckily they didnt have a good shot and as I ran into the forrest they took chase stopping to shoot as the other kept eyes on me I turned around and got sight on one of them took a shot and killed one outright got me a bandit kill for my trouble the other guy stopped firing so i took cover in a set of trees and bandaged up I had 6k blood left then the Mk48 started up firing again so I ran I saw him behind me on two occasions in between burst of fire neither time had I a chance to take him out. Running for my life I finally spotted some buildings i figured if i dived in there he would have to come in after me and i would get the first shot off. As I ran near the buildings I spotted him behind me heading along the same patch i had been going I took this as a chance to loose him ran into the woods found an animal and healed up went back to sit on the hill across from the corpse looking for the other guy to return for his body but I heard more gun fire getting close decided to bug out and snuck out of the area back to my camp. Quite happy i had survived the encounter.

It will run most games perfectly as for streaming it depends on your network connection but in terms of the PC itself its perfect for streaming and gaming.

The issue at the moment with me is with dead solider corpse and sometimes tank traps and since the patch to a lesser extent barbed wire. Finally if you go to your graphics card control panel and turn off threaded optimization can resolve the issue also. This i have tried and it works to some extent not all the graphics glitches are gone but some of them don't appear anymore.
