Yeah, I once logged on the inside of a hospital with my friend and we were trapped. We could hear the glass break but we couldn't go through! Not to mention aritifacting made the situation much more difficult than it needed to be. HOWEVER, WE DID GET OUT! I felt the need to share that as I found it relevant. All in all, fuck hospital windows.

Best way to avoid established players, is to avoid high priority areas. If you find a downed chopper again you want to make sure to be swift & keep your eyes peeled for other players. A downed chopper is a major attraction. Find cities like Zelengorsk & Berenzino to loot up and player interaction should be kept to a relative minimum. -
Sorry for your disappointment bro. If anything, I'd recommend you continue to stop in to check on the progress of the mod even if you are not playing. That is what I do now due to the hackers/ and graphical glitches going on at the current moment.

Not to my knowledge. My friend always runs slower than me as well. I'll post again if I find anything new out worth sharing. Edit: It's most likely just latency differences. You're positive you were double tapping W?

I agree with you about the zombies speed/ and pathfinding. How easily you can break your leg is also, most definitely, an issue. As for your fourth point, about starting out without a weapon, I am not so upset by. Simply because it's so easy to run straight to a building, slow the zombies, and find a hatchet or Makarov. Also, I think it's Rocket's intentions to make your player practically "start from scratch."
